Impressed with the big room I have got. Best location. In quiet street, but in the heart of old town.
Unfortunately the window rolls had an issue and could not close well. So I had to wake up with the sunrise. Hôtel staff was genuinely trying to help.
Roof top lounge and bar area
Very pleasent service. Marlene was so helpful and her professional and positive presence on the rooftop made our experience so much more pleasant. Champagne that was waiting in our room was a nice touch. Whole staff was trying really hard to be as welcoming as possible.
We had a minor miscommunication about spa. We scheduled it at certain hour. Day after we realised that we wont be able to be on time for our scheduled spa time due to our scheduled tour. So we checked with reception if postponment would be possible, which we received a positive answer on. But once we came for rescheduled time, receptionist that took over from a person that we rescheduled with was unaware of our rescheduled request. Therefore we didnt get to experience the spa.
Perfect! After three weeks traveling through Portugal and Spain, my wife and I found ourselves at the Antigua for our last night and it was the highlight of our trip. The hotel is gorgeous, the location is perfect and the staff were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!
Everything was perfect from check in to check out! The staff were so welcoming, we had fizz on arrival and special touches in the room. The decor is stunning and the hotel, spa and pool sparkling clean. The plunge pool and rooftop was the perfect oasis after wandering the streets of Palma. We enjoyed the spa and breakfast and loved both. We had a very special stay and didn’t want to leave!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die liebevoll gestaltete Rooftop-Terrasse – ein toller Ort zum Entspannen.Morgens startete der Tag mit einem tollen Frühstück. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

There was nothing to not like
Bed, airco en douche. 2x gratis flesje cava. Spa was ook fantastisch, personeel bij ontbijt was heel gezellig.

It was elegant, very well located and the staff was wonderful.
Nothing to complain. Our room was a bit dark but this was to be expected based on how narrow the streets are in old town.
Beautiful historic property renovated so as to conserve the period in which it was built. Wonderful small rooftop. Not too large, felt intimate and like you were staying in a fancy club rather than a hotel
Everything was great, I guess I wish the pool were bigger, but they are constrained by space so that’s not really a fair complaint
