Location is great, beautiful interiors in the local style, friendly professional staff, good facilities.
Breakfast was not impressive for a 5 star hotel, the room lacks some usual features for 5 star hotels such as water kettle. For a daily rate above EUR 500 even in Palma the hotel should up its overall level a bit.
We loved the room and the spa

A lovely, intimate small hotel with lots of personal touches. The rooms are very comfortable and the common areas very stylish and comfortable. The staff were amazing and genuinely could not do enough to help.

Traumhaftes historisches Stadtpalais mit historischem Innenhof und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Bäder modern elegant und vor allem sehr sauber gehalten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Vi hade inte automatisk mörkläggningsgardiner men många fönster så vi fick lägga ner lite tid och kraft för att dra för allt manuellt inför natten. Vi hade kaffemaskin på rummet, vilket var bra, men endast 1 kaffepuck till två personer. Det fanns också tekokare men inga tepåsar.
