A lovely place to stay
Pros:

A really super place to stay, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Palma Old Town. Rooms were spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely old building.

Cons:

Could have been a slightly larger selection at breakfast, but this is a very minor issue.

Schönes Stadthotel mit kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Kleines Boutiquehotel. Alles neu und sehr sauber/gepflegt. Top Lage - alles in Palma schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage konnte im Zimmer nicht kalt gestellt werden, da der Wintermodus zentral eingesteuert wurde. Für ein Zimmer mit hoher Sonneneinstrahlung auch im Frühjahr in einem 5 Sternehotel bei rd. 300 Euro pro Nacht ein No Go! Als Alternative wurde das Öffnen der Fenster empfohlen, mit der Folge des Besuchs von Stadttauben.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, allerdings scheiterten alle Gäste an der Selbstbedienung der Kaffeemaschine. Allein das Auftischen von Lachs und Avocado reicht nicht für ein Angebot in 5 Sterne Qualität.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war aussergewöhnlich schön.super nettes Personal,sauber und tolles Essen ob zum Frühstück oder Abendessen.Rooftopbar zu empfehlen und sehr ruhig für totale Entspannung.
