Very lovely hotel
Pros:

Beautiful building. Great room & staff were exceptional.

Cons:

Breakfast was very slow. Took over 30mins for our omelettes. . Also ran out of bowls for cereal had to wait for some to be dishwashed.
Upstairs in the bar ran out of glasses. A bit poor for 5 star hotel. Did not have enough.

Fantastisk sød personale i receptionen. Vores værelse, en suite, var fantastisk. Tagterrassen var så smuk, herlig udsigt, skønt med en lille plunge pool.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var fin, men ikke noget særligt. Kaffen var ikke så god på hotellet.

Pros:

Alles! Van de geweldige ontvangst van de heren Vincent en Alejandro t/m het vertrek.
De kamers prachtig en superachoon , heerlijk ontbijt en de ligging overal dichtbij.
Abyangha massage van Anna was ook zalig.

Amazing place will visit again!
Pros:

The staff are amazing! From the front desk, the cleaning team and the bar staff! The location is perfect...nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel is beautiful and the roof top bar area is brilliant for relaxing with a nice cocktail!

Cons:

Everything was perfect the only thing I could fault was the lack of pool! There's a small area to plunge but not an actual pool.

Our stay at Hotel Antigua Palma was absolutely wonderful. It’s a truly charming boutique hotel right in the city centre, with an impressive attention to detail that makes all the difference. Even though breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for it — a thoughtful touch that really set the tone for our stay.

We also loved the little extras, like the beautiful sun hat and a stylish handbag provided for exploring the city. These details made us feel genuinely cared for and added a unique, personal touch to the experience.

The staff deserve special mention — they are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. You can tell they are well-trained and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best possible stay.

Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, combining comfort with elegant design. It felt like a relaxing retreat after a day of walking around the city.

Thank you for everything , we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

Sehr schön gelegen bei den arabischen Bädern.
Traumhafter Innenhof, nettes Zimmer. Das Personal im Service war nett und zuvorkommend.
