Can I move in?
Pros:

I fell in love with this hotel - it felt like an oasis. I especially loved my room. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the in room amenities are great. I loved the turn down service and the little notes that the staff leaves.

Cons:

I booked use of the spa facilities but the hot tub was not hot by any means.

Beau sejour au coeur de la vieille ville de Palma
Pros:

Nous avons bénéficié d'une tres belle chambre vaste et lumineuse au dernier étage ; de jolies attentions prévue pour feter le jour de l'an, bouteille de cava, cotillons, raisins etc ; la terrasse sur le toit est tres agreable, avec une belle vue sur les toits de la vieille ville; le SPA privatisable est un plus ! la personne qui nous a accueillie était tres sympathique . L'hotel est tres bien placé, au coeur de la vieille ville, près de la Cathédrale, tout en étant au calme ; jolies places et bons restaurants aux alentours

Cons:

le petit dejeuner, cher par rapport à la qualité des produits, et dans une salle sans lumiere naturelle ; nous avons donc opté pour le prendre ailleurs les jours d'apres ;
Pas de soins proposés avec le SPA

Hotel ubicado en antigua casa señorial, con las ventajas e inconvenientes que ello supone. Personal muy atento y muy profesional. Es caro, pero como cabe esperar en un hotel de 5 estrellas ubicado en el mismo centro de Palma.
