We loved the art deco themed room, so spacious & comfortable, shame about the view and breakfast.
Pros:

The room was amazing and it had so much room. We loved the art deco decor. The bed was super comfy.

Cons:

The view was of Pak and Save and its carpark with its big bright lights at night. The breakfast was below average. The croissant I had was cold and didn't taste fresh and flakey. I had to spit it out. Coffee was not nice at all

Enjoyed it a lot, the window situation was weird but otherwise loved it.
Pros:

Was very clean and stylish. Staff were very polite, especially the domestic cleaning team, super lovely every time we walked past:)

Cons:

The fact there was a curtain in the room that just showed the wall? No window? The only window in the room was a small one behind the couch that had a random pillar blocking half of it.

Super cute, classy stay at Swiss-Belhotel Napier
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay at Swiss-Belhotel Napier. The room felt very boutique and stylish, with a beautiful, classy finish throughout. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight. The buffet was made to order, which meant everything was fresh even coming down just before closing, such a nice touch. Everything felt modern, polished, and relaxing. Perfect spot if you’re after something a little more elevated. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The toilet setup.. it was in quite a narrow space, which made it feel a bit cramped and less comfortable than the rest of the room. Not a deal breaker at all, but just something to note compared to how spacious and well-designed everything else was.

Nice and relaxing, friendly staff. Has all the amenities you need.

Great secure parking, locked garage in the basement.
Good to leave e-bikes secured.
Handy to the city centre.

Reception staff namely Emerald and Jessica were delighted but so and unsupported. I felt sorry for them

Cons:

The airconditioning in our room was broken, Emerald put a fan in for the first night then we were moved. Room very humid and fan noisy, NOT A GOOD NIGHT. Moved to a lesser room but charged the same. AIRCON in new room did not have an accurate reading so hard to manage. Friends room was above garage door that went up and down all night plus the rubbish truck rattled around early moring.(ROOM 207 in think.2 teacups in room HAD TO COLLECT OUR OWN WINE AND WATER GLASSES, PLATES BOWLS ETC FROM THE RESTAURANT for use in our room. APPAULING! WE WERE STAYING For 4 NIGHTS AND SO HAD TO DO THIS 4 TIMES. Reception was constantly unmanned as the girls and to fix all the other problems. NO BAR OR COFFEE SERIVE AT ALL DOWNSTAIRS FOR ENTIRE STAY. Parking full on first night.
