Nice place but bad customer service
Pros:

Nice large family rooms
Beautiful decor
Very clean place

Cons:

We arrived a bit late but had already informed reception by phone and email. When we got there, the doors were locked. We rang the bell multiple times while staff could see us but didn’t open the door for some time. It was cold, windy, and raining—very disappointing service.

Perfect location with plenty of parking. Comfortable and very spacious

Cons:

The lights in the living area and kitchen were on one switch so was very bright. A lamp in the living area would be a good idea.

A quiet get away in Napier
Pros:

Very comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet rooms.

Cons:

Location is somewhat farther from beach and CBD, but for us it was a short comfortable walk. Also you must pay to park on premises.
