Pros:

We enjoyed our stay - clean room and bath, good sized and updated. comfy bed, had a nice small fridge, coffee and tea and sink on counter at door. Well located, 10 minutes from airport, grocery store and gas acros the street and a short walk to the great walkable Art Deco city center and beach stroll. Away from noise and staff was very friendly. Appreciated the parking garage that was under the hotel and only accessable with key.

Top quality, spacious, great location. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Great location - easy flat walk into town and gardens. Lovely room, spacious, modern, comfortable. Huge bed very comfortable.

Cons:

The rubbish bin in the kitchen was not emptied from the previous guest. Minor issue - mistakes happen. The room was clean and the cleaner friendly and professional.

Ideales Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Gutes Hotel mit komfortablen und grosszügigen Zimmern. Es hat eine praktische Guest Laundry.

Cons:

Die Lage ist gut, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders charmant. ( Kreuzung, Industriebauten)

Perfect location for a work trip
Pros:

Amazing hotel, always come here for my work trips to Napier, beds and pillows are so comfortable, rooms are a great size and decor is lovely.

Cons:

The doors in the room were dirty, both the main door and the bathroom door had fingerprints and marks and the main door had food/ yoghurt or something splattered up the back. Bathroom sink counter also not super clean. First time I’ve had this issue staying here.

Great location, rooms are a nice size, lovely decor and beds and pillows comfortable. Also appreciated the black out curtains for a morning sleep in!
