Cons:

No microwave, No cutlery or plates, a coffee cup too small for anything. Thermostat on wall was preset and could not be changed. Every light bar the bed lights were all on a main switch and you could not turn 1 on, it turned every light on

A very pleasant stay for our first visit to Napier
Pros:

The location was very good, easy walk into town and Marine Parade
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice

Cons:

Room was a very good size with a kitchenette area, a microwave in this area would be have been a bonus

would have been perfect if not for the noisy cleaners

The size of the rooms, the really comfy bed and especially the pillows, would love to know where they arefrom

Cons:

we were staying 2 nights, and we were in room 306 which was in a small hallway with another room, and before 8.30 in the morning after our first night, the cleaners were in the room banging, vacuuming , yelling over the vacuum to talk, and the cord for the vacuum cleaner was across our doorway, so hence we had no sleep in, so that was really disappointing

Pros:

Very spacious units. Great decor. Good quality fittings, curtains etc. Much nicer than most bland hotel rooms that all look the same.

Cons:

Tiny little cups and saucers. Coffee mugs would have been better.
Also the cleaners banging about with vacuum cleaners in the halls quite early.

It was modern

Cons:

No spare blanket, 2 out of the 4 pillows had stains, cannot access the safe properly due to location, no cutlery or plates and bowls, being a refrigeration mechanic i noticed the location of the aircon was going to be an issue as well as the bedroom was freezing by 4am and sleep was a struggle with jo spare blanket we had to go buy one the next morning to get a comfortable sleep. Felt as if the room did not match the photos provided to us as we only had one couch in our room and in the photos there was two.

Nice hotel to stay for a quick stop over.
Pros:

Nice location in the centre of Napier. Decent street parking. Rooms were a very good standard and lots of space.

Cons:

A lot of money for the room. Breakfast way pretty simple for the money.
