Worst motel in the region
Pros:

I didn’t like it at all

Cons:

The people I spoke to real dog she was didn’t care to listen to what I said couldn’t care less I wouldn’t ever consider any place under this chain

Comfortable enough stay, good breakfast, but let down by cleaning and indifferent reception service
Pros:

Nice enough hotel overall, with a comfortable bed and a decent shower. The main area that really needs some attention is the cleaning, which wasn't quite at the standard I'd expect.

The reception experience was also a little disappointing. Both at check-in and check-out, the staff didn't seem particularly interested or welcoming, and I was left with the impression that I was more of an inconvenience than a guest. They may simply have been having a bad day, but a little more warmth and engagement would make a big difference.

Breakfast downstairs was very good, though. There was a solid cooked selection with bacon, eggs, tomato and hash browns, along with cereals, danishes, fresh fruit and a nice orange juice. Plenty of choice and a good way to start the day.

Overall, a perfectly decent place to stay with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast, but the cleaning and front-desk service could definitely be improved.

A lovely modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The room is so fancy! Beautiful lighting and curtains. Comfy beds. Everything is new and really nice.
At breakfast you can order hot food and there is also fruit/cereal/yogurt available.

Disappointed as the hotel lacked atmosphere
Pros:

breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and spacious

Cons:

disappointing that the restaurant was not open at night which meant we had to go out in the cold night for our dinner and the bar was never open during our stay. All that was in our fridge was milk and nothing else

Not sure if I will stay again.
Pros:

Very centrally located and great parking (at a rate). Spacious room with plenty of seating.

Cons:

No cutlery (except 2 teaspoons) or plates or bowls. No facilities to eat in at all. When there is no functioning (except breakfast) restaurant on site, then one would expect at least basic facilities to have a bite to eat.
