Great location, clean and comfy, recommended
Pros:

value for money, clean, comfy, enough space for 2 friends in a twin, great decor in bedrooms and corridors

Cons:

can't be helped due to old building but layout is like a rabbit warren! it's actually quite funny getting lost in the maze of corridors and multiple staircases!

Good but some improvements needed.
Pros:

The room had balcony with view of private garden which was a highlight.Breakfast was nice.Close to the tube.Comfy bed and pillows.

Cons:

Hair in the shower as well as noise from the corridor. Ac was keep turning off meaning temperature dropped to 17 degrees in the room at night.

Rummet låg i källarplan.

Cons:

Brandlarmet gick mitt i natten pga att en gäat rökt på rummet. Nattpersonalen var väldigt nonchalant (en indier) om att det var ett falsklarm.

Comfortable room, clean, great location

Cons:

Rooms are described as ‘soundproof’ however there was nothing soundproof about it. Traffic noise was minimal, however I was able to hear the neighbouring rooms shower, go to the toilet, flush, cough, sneeze, slamming doors and drawers and talking. Could also hear upstairs walking around. This made it difficult to get to sleep some nights and would often be woken up in the morning to people slamming doors and talking loudly within their rooms or in the hallway outside.

The stay was fine for 2nights but not for much longer
Pros:

The location was excellent for the V&A which was where I wanted to go The breakfast was excellent and the staff pleasant

Cons:

The room was very small but I was only there for 2nights

Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was fabulous, handy for tube station. Loved the balcony room.

Cons:

I booked a stay that included breakfast but when at the hotel I was informed that breakfast was not included. The staff were great and allowed us breakfast when I showed my booking but something went wrong somewhere along the line.
