Greet weekend getaway
Pros:

Situation proche metro de Gloucester Road , proximité Hyde park , bon prix et propreté des lieux

Cons:

Sous les toits , il fait un peu chaud et coté rue, c'est un peu bruyant .

good hotel!
Pros:

The location is excellent, with both the subway and bus stops nearby, and a supermarket right in front of the hotel.

The room was a bit small, and it was a little disappointing that there was no refrigerator.

However, the staff were cheerful, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile, which made our stay in London truly wonderful.

I would especially like to thank Asmeret, Elena, and all the other staff members for their kindness.

Overall, a good stay was spoiled by the lack of service when complaints arose.
Cons:

I had reason to check correctness of billing. But invoice upon check-out could not be printed. My attempt to obtain invoice in digital form failed - no reply, no communication.

Hotel perfetto per posizione e comfort
Pros:

Posizione favolosa a due passi dalla metro. Camera accogliente con letto comodissimo (con topper e materasso super confortevole) e vista sul giardino posteriore, nessun rumore e tranquillità assoluta. Molto pulita! Bagno pulito e spazioso. WI-FI gratis e perfettamente funzionante.

Cons:

Peccato non si potessero aprire le finestre! La moquette seppur pulita può essere un problema per gli allergici (un pò di polvere di troppo in effetti c'era)

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage, wo Preis-/Leistung stimmt. Wenn man Kompromisse hinsichtlich des Platzangebots eingeht,
Pros:

Super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge, komfortable Anbindung zum Flughafen Heathrow. Die U-Bahn Station mit drei zentralen Linien (Piccadilly, Circle und District Line) ist keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vorm Eingang, man erreicht mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten die umliegenden Museen, das Harrods oder den Hyde Park. Rund ums Hotel gibt es ausreichend Supermärkte, (Schnell-)Restaurants, Starbucks und Pubs. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum, gutes kontinentales Frühstück mit genug Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, es gibt bequeme Betten und alles wurde täglich sauber gemacht. Ebenso wurden die Handtücher jeden Tag automatisch gewechselt und es gab immer eine kostenlose große Flasche Wasser sowie verschiedene Tees, die mit einem Wasserkocher zubereitet werden konnten. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos, auch wenn sie nicht geräuschlos war. Das Underground-Design ist richtig cool. Es war auch sehr ruhig im Hotel, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Obwohl mein Zimmer Richtung Hauptstraße lag, habe ich den Lärm draußen kaum wahrgenommen (wahrscheinlich aufgrund des 5. Stockwerks).

Cons:

Das Standard Doppelzimmer war für mich als Alleinreisende absolut ausreichend, aber für zwei Personen wäre es definitiv zu klein gewesen. Mein Zimmer war im obersten 5. Stockwerk (der Aufzug geht nur bis zum 4.!), ich hätte nicht gewusst, wo man einen zweiten mittelgroßen Koffer hätte platzieren sollen. Der Einstieg ins Bett war wegen der Dachschräge nur von einer Seite problemlos möglich. Das Zimmer hatte zudem nur ein kleines Dachlukenfenster, das nur wenig Tageslicht hineinließ und sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen ließ. Auch fehlten mir im Bad mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten (z.B. für den Kulturbeutel) und ich habe auch eine normale Steckdose dort vermisst (es gab nur eine spezielle für Rasierapparate). Beim Frühstück wäre ein typisches English breakfast schön gewesen (war für mich aber kein Muss).

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent value for money that gave me a decent size room that was well equipped and clean. Balcony was an added bonus.

Great weekend stay! Very friendly staff.
Pros:

Easy late check-in, perfect and unproblematic to reach from Heathrow Airport. Easy to choose to have spontaneous breakfast added. Room to interior courtyard so no street noise. Fab!

Cons:

The floorboards are very squeaky and even those from other rooms can be heard rather loudly. Not recommended for light sleepers. Would also generally recommend at least a small shelf in the bathroom to be added - basically no storage space with double occupancy.

Comfortable but not perfect

The steps at the entrance are really high, my mother struggled climbing them. The rooms are well designed but really small. Not enough space for the suitcase.

Amazing would stay here again!
Pros:

We checked in and got informed we were upgraded to a balcony room which was a very nice surprise ! And It was very close to Gloucester Road tube station and near the natural history museum which was within walking distance, also very clean and staff very helpful and smiley.
