Location was superb and spotlessly clean
For the price we thought you could have offered a breakfast even if it was just a continental one
We loved the great location and how close it was to the Royal Albert Hall. The room was super clean and had everything we needed.
The bed and pillows were really comfy and being able to fully open our window was a big step above most other hotels.

Lovely big comfy bed and loved having a balcony. Friendly staff and good location for museums and tube. Can’t hear the street being at the back apart from sirens. Good shower!
The balcony on show on here shows a much larger balcony which is not what I got, much much smaller so be careful on that. The room is very small and tight around the bed, but nice big bed! Very noisy from upstairs. Mentioned to staff on check out that the tv signal wasn’t working and meant couldn’t really be used, needs updating as casting options are kind of standard now. Breakfast is only continental. Poor tea selection.
