Pros:

Отель уютный, персонал доброжелательный, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. Месторасположение прекрасное, прям в центре старого города. Завтраки в отеле отличные.

Top location and spacious rooms, but needs maintenance
Pros:

The hotel is very central, perfect for exploring Kutaisi on foot. The room was also very large and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

There was a persistent smell of smoke/dampness in the room. The shower leaked from the wall and hot water took a long time to arrive. Breakfast is only savory and coffee with milk is not included.

Świetna lokalizacja, Miła i pomocna obsługa,dobre śniadanie z możliwością wyboru z 4 opcji.

Cons:

Czystość pokoju średnia,pokój ciemny,tzn.okno było a na wewnętrzną kładkę schodową,przez co bylo ciemno w pokoju,umieszczone za oknem klimatyzatory mocno hałasują.
Uszkodzona szyba w kabinie(a tak dokładnie jej brak)pozostawione zostały resztki rozbitej szyby w zawiasie,przez co można bylo zrobic sobie krzywdę.

Das einzig positive was ich sagen kann, ist, dass wenigstens die Rezeptionistin am Morgen freundlich war. Ganz im Gegensatz zu der Rezeptionistin, die uns am Tag zuvor empfangen hat.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war äußerst schwierig. Bei der französischen Übersetzung stand, dass ein öffentlicher und kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht, aber nur auf Reservierung. Mit Rücksprache des Managers (??) wurde klar, dass es sich nur um einen öffentlichen und kostenlosen Parkplatz handelt. Wenn einer frei ist, dann ist es gut, wenn nicht, na dann Pech gehabt. Im Schreibverkehr war er äußerst unhöflich. Als er vorschlug, dass ER das Zimmer stornieren kann, wenn der Parkplatz für uns so wichtig sei, wollte er trotzdem, dass wir ihm Geld überweisen und dass ich Booking für den Fehler schreiben soll. Ich denke aber, dass nicht der Gast, sondern der, der die Informationen auf Booking schreibt, dies selbst korrigieren sollte. Schlussendlich haben wir es probiert, ob wir überhaupt einen Parkplatz bekommen. Dem war so, also checkten wir ein. Das Zimmer war zwar geräumig, aber von Sauberkeit hat dieses Hotel vielleicht zu Beginn seiner Existenz etwas gehört. Es war dreckig, das Badezimmer war schimmlig und es roch extrem unangenehm. Die Fugen im Badezimmer sind so kaputt, dass das Wasser unter der Dusche rausrann. Wenn Sie ruhe wollen, dann buchen sie bitte auch nicht dieses Hotel, denn man hört alles, was auf der Straße vor dem Hotel passiert. Darüber hinaus können Sie sich die 25 lari fürs Frühstück sparen. Es gab 2 Würstchen und ein Ei noch im Plastikkontainer verpackt. Oder anders ausgedrückt: Meiden Sie dieses Hotel.

Z pozytywów to tylko lokalizacja i personel.
Pros:

Personel bardzo pomocny, lokalizacja fajna. Potłuczone drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej, okruchy szkła w całym pokoju i łazience, okno na klatkę schodową, a pod nim klimatyzatory.

Das Bett war bequem und das Personal war nett

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen was nicht schlimm ist, aber die Duschkabine war kaputt, genauso wie der Duschkopf. Ich musste es also mit einer Hand halten und dann duschen. Auf einem Kissen war ein Fleck und der Bademantel war ebenfalls dreckig und nicht sauber.
Da das Zimmer ein Fenster nicht zur Straße hatte, waren die Geräusche der benutzten Klimaanlage sehr laut.
Für eine Nacht war es ok, aber nochmal würde ich es nicht buchen
