Pros:

The recepcionist is a very kind lady, she helped me a lot
The location of the hotel is more than fine, it's in the centre of Kutaisi, everything is a few minutes walk away, no need for public transport or a taxi

The bathroom is a little bit outdated
A room is a little bit dark, as there is no window

Pros:

While I stay I feel like parents home. They are perfect Tamara was awesome, friendly and so polite. Roza was cheerful , cute and friendly. Hotel location is heart of the kutaisi. I am really happy to chose this hotel

Неплохо, но за эту цену могло бы быть лучше
Pros:

Главный плюс - расположение: в самом центре туристического района, в паре шагов от Белого моста, нижней станции канатки, неподалеку от остановки автобуса из аэропорта. Вокруг много ресторанов и кафе.
Вежливый персонал. Прислали пару сообщений с предложением дополнительных услуг, но не настаивали.
Довольно чистый номер.
Завтрак в соседнем тайском ресторанчике с выбором из 4 вариантов.

Cons:

Отель видел свои лучшие дни: где-то отклеились обои, где-то видны пятна, не очень чистые окна, из которых открывался вид на прекрасную Риони.
Известная особенность: когда принимаешь душ, нужно дождаться горячей воды.
Во время нашего визита в номере не было отопления. Да, днем было тепло (+17С), но ночью довольно прохладно.
Если у вас большие чемоданы, учитывайте, что в отеле нет лифта. Отдельного персонала, который бы помог вам поднять багаж в номер, тоже нет. Для нас это не было проблемой, но эту особенность стоит учитывать.
Посещение Кутаиси - было частью нашей поездки по Грузии, и так получилось, что это был самый дорогой ночлег на нашем пути.

Pros:

L'emplacement dans le centre-ville de l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux.

Cons:

Pas de parking privé, et se garer dans la rue payant (contravention à notre retour).
Les portes de la douche étaient défectueuses et l'eau chaude difficile à arriver.
Gentillesse du réceptionniste.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super und man kann vor der Tür kostenlos parken. Außerdem war es sauber. Das Frühstück ist ok, man kann aus 4 Optionen wählen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein 3er Zimmer und die Betten knarzten extrem und waren durchgelegen. Auch das Personal wirkte bei Ankunft lustlos und nicht besonders freundlich.
