Lage war sehr zentral .Das Frühstück ausreichend und umfangreich

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll.Leider ist die Parksituation nicht die Beste.Auch fehlte eine Klimaanlage.Bei der Hitze stand nur ein Ventilator zur Verfügung.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt in der Altstadt; somit war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war super, und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich bin von diesem Vier-Sterne-Hotel leider enttäuscht. Dass es in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage gibt, ist gerade an warmen Tagen kaum nachvollziehbar und entspricht meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines Hotels dieser Kategorie.
Besonders geärgert haben mich die Parkgebühren. Obwohl die Parkplätze nicht einmal reservierbar sind, werden dafür überhöhte Preise verlangt. Das wirkt auf mich eher wie Abzocke als ein fairer Service.
Ein schönes, grünes Ambiente ist zwar nett, aber manchmal sollte man trotz des grünen Aushängeschilds den Komfort und die Zufriedenheit der Gäste nicht aus den Augen verlieren. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich leider nicht.

wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und gut zu erreichen. Auf Grund der sehr hohen Temperaturen haben wir eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und der Service sehr zuvorkommend.

Keine Klimaanlage bei Außentemperatur von
36 Grad, es gab nur einen Ventilator. Zimmer zur Straßenseite war bis um 5.00 Uhr unerträglich laut. Gegen 7.45 Uhr kam die Kehrmaschine von der Stadtreinigung mit einem riesen Lärm. Fenster konnte man nicht schließen, wegen der Hitze.
