The beds were not all that comfortable and the air unit in the room was a little on the loud side.

Clean and friendly, just not as advertised
Pros:

Clean and friendly. Everything in the room worked as it should. Breakfast was fresh and good.

Cons:

There is no pool. I understand that they are renovating and have eliminated the pool, but it was advertised to have a pool.
The main reason we booked this hotel was to have pool access.
Amenities should be updated to not include the pool.

Pros:

The staff was by far the best part of the property.

Cons:

The remote didn’t work. The replacement remote didn’t work. The carpets were coming up in the borders and all shredded. It was very dated. No wash clothes in the room.

Pros:

Great beds. We slept well. Breakfast has good options. Clean room, hallway and breakfast area. Good food options around, and the perfect space to stay for a college visit to Oklahoma State University. Will stay again if we are in the area.

Wore out hotel. Showing a lot of wear and age. Toilet leaked all over the floor, an old napkin shoved under the dresser, TV broken, massive bright light shining into the window all night.

Awesome breakfast, helpful staff
Pros:

Awesome breakfast included. Staff friendly and helpful- issues resolved quickly and efficiently. TV and phone did not work in first room - we were switched to another room as close to the first as possible to limit inconvenience of moving belongings.

Two days with no AC in August was miserable. Otherwise stay would have been good.
Pros:

breakfast and location good

Cons:

AC was not blowing cool air. We couldn't sleep because our room was so hot. Had to open the door to get some cool air from the hallway.
