As a solo traveler, I’ve learned that the people can make a bigger difference than the room itself.

This hotel proved that.

After visiting Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Hanoi, I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City a little tired from the journey. The staff immediately made me feel welcome with their friendliness, kindness, and sense of humor.

The room was great, but the hospitality was even better.

I’ve stayed in many hotels during this trip, and this was easily one of my favorites.

Thank you for making my time in Ho Chi Minh City memorable.

Everything!!! Of all the places I stayed (11) on my 2 months of traveling it was definitely the best! The team (staff) of Sophia,Queen,Kelly, Kong, Don and Quan were amazing, they went above and beyond to take care of me in all aspects. From bookings to recommendations of restaurants, tours and local businesses they were so helpful. The customer service, friendliness, wonderful personalities and professionalism was unbelievable. My stay was so enjoyable I changed my plans on my last few days of my trip to go for a second time. I would give them the highest rating possible and definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Hanoi, they truly treat you like family.

Amazing staff very friendly and accommodating even after check

Logement basé proche de la gare de Hanoi.
Légèrement excentré du centre historique, ce qui donne un peu plus de calme. Beaucoup de restaurants et cafés à proximité.
Personnel réactif, check-in tardif et check-out tardif possible.
Chambre très confortable à un tarif raisonnable.

Room was tidy and facilities worked as they should. Even though we arrived around midnight, we were warmly welcomed.

When leaving the next day, the staff really went out of their way to make us comfortable before our flight back home (leaving late the following night). Even though we had already checked out in the morning,

Absolutely love this place, this was our second visit. The entire staff is awesome. Quynh was amazing at making us feel at home and explaining everything we needed to know. Don on night shift duty was also a highlight—very funny guy who took great care of us. Highly recommended and definitely coming back!

Amazing staff! They helped us so much with the luggage and our babycart! I cant thank them enough. Bringing everything to the railway station through the rain. <3

Awesome hospitality, the staff help us a lot, especially Queen she was so kind explaining us everything and how to move around the city. Definitely coming back again

The friendliness and how accommodating all the staff are especially Don. The moment ,I mentioned if it's possible to get a room with city view, they upgraded me free.
The room is so clean, and despite of their warning that it could be noisy due to the busy street, I slept like a log. And most important of all, it is very close to many famous spot in old quarter. Closes is the train street with just a 10 min walk.

The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful always ready for any requests they made me feel welcome but not in a awkward way I like it

Great staff, very welcoming. Chloe at the reception was very helpful and flexible with leaving luggage for the rest of day after the checkout. Location is great.

Kapitalny, niewielki hotel położony tuż obok głównego dworca kolejowego w Hanoi. Zatrzymaliśmy się w nim na jedną noc przed dalszą podróżą pociągiem do Ninh Binh i w tej roli obiekt sprawdził się po prostu idealnie. Jest bardzo wygodnie, a obsługa okazała się niezwykle miła i pomocna. Biorąc to wszystko pod uwagę, stosunek jakości do ceny jest tutaj absolutnie nie do pobicia!
