Das Personal ist eine 20/10, 5 ⭐️ reichen hier nicht aus. Egal was ich gebraucht habe, ich habe sofort Unterstützung bekommen, egal ob bei Café Empfehlungen, der Suche nach einem Schneider, etc. dazu haben sie eine Karte mit Empfehlungen ausliegen. Vor allem die Liebe Dame an der Rezeption! Ich hab mich am Tag meiner Abreise fast 1h lange mit ihr über Bücher unterhalten, während ich auf meinen Bus gewartet habe ❤️
Vor allem antworten sie innerhalb weniger Minuten und sind immer erreichbar, da die Rezeption 24h besetzt ist!
Es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten, die man hier als Vorschlag anbringen kann, wie eine größere Ablagefläche im Bad oder das anbringen eines Hakens, damit man ein Handtuch in der Nähe vom Waschbecken, aber keine großen Dinge!
Υπέροχο προσωπικό, καθημερινή καθαριότητα, άνετος χωρος και πολυ καλη τοποθεσια. Ζητήσαμε ήσυχο δωμάτιο κι ας μην ειχε θεα. Μούχλα σε καποια σημεια του μπάνιου, κανουν όμως ότι καλύτερο γινεται σε ενα μερος που η υγρασία ειναι στα υψηλότερα της.
Das Personal ist besonders nett. Besonders mit Queen und Kelly und Kong konnte man sich immer nett unterhalten. Beim Zimmer alles top.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to care for our needs. They helped us with transportation phone calls, laundry, the spa, directions and were the friendliest staff we've met in the 3 weeks we've been traveling South East Asia. The rooms were clean, they always made sure we had enough water and toiletries. The location was perfect! It felt safe and comfortable. We walked to many places, but if we needed a grab to anywhere in the city from our hotel, it only cost around $2-$3 Canadian. Food in the area was phenomenal and close. The staff were very informative on the sites to see and the bananas they gave us were the best we've ever had. The front desk staff and doorman are definitely an asset to this company. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and thorough. The showers had dividers so the bathroom wasn't soaking wet all the time. We would definitely recommend this hotel and if we make it back to Vietnam, we will definitely stay there!
There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel and budget wise, it went above and beyond.
Ankom med nattoget til Hanoi, og havde bare brug for et værelse fra tidligt om morgenen og indtil om aftenen, hvor jeg skulle flyve hjem fra Vietnam. Bookede derfor to nætter på hotellet, så jeg havde værelset hele dagen. Prisen var lav, så forventede ikke det store. Fik dog et virkelig fint værelse (med vindue), og personalet var virkelig flinke og opmærksomme under hele mit ophold. De bookede endda gratis privat lufthavnstransport til mig! Beliggenheden er perfekt ift. stationen og Train Street, og på få minutter er du i hjertet af den gamle bydel.
Efter udtjekning manglede jeg en genstand, og personalet var super hurtige til at svare mig og lede mit værelse igennem.
I especially appreciated the friendly front desk service, as well as the quiet, comfortable stay and good value for money.

Un personnel exceptionnel !! Très attentif et agréable. Je n’avais pas dit que c’était mon anniversaire.. ils sont montés à deux dans notre chambre , m’ont offert un gâteau ( pour 4) avec mon prénom sur le gâteau et des bougies. Agréable et serviable tout le séjour!!

The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even helped us get from hotel to railway station nearby. The facilities were very clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. The location was very handy to nearby railway station for catching overnight trains etc.
