Pros:

ニンビンまでの手配を、当日の朝にも関わらずしていただきました。
おやつの差し入れをしてもらったり、列車にのる前にはシャワーを貸してくれたりして下さいました。また、駅まで荷物を運んでくれる気遣いもありました。チェックアウト後も優しくしてもらいました。
スタッフ皆さん親切に丁寧に対応してくれて、とっても過ごしやすくて素敵なホテルでした！

Csendes kényelmes megbízható hotel az óváros mellett
Pros:

Ár érték arányban nagyon jó hotel: Rendkívül kedves személyzet, 0-24 recepció, működő lift. Vannak szobák ablak nélkül, de ez egyértelműen fel van tüntetve. Mi ablakos, nagy méretű ágyas, kifejezetten csendes szobát kértünk, és ezt nagyszerűen teljesítették. Hanoi óvárosban nehéz csendes szobát találni, itt viszont nagyon jót aludtunk. Az ágy is kényelmes. Minden nap volt takarítás, a tisztasággal meg voltunk elégedve. A fürdőszoba viszonylag tágas, a zuhanyzó kényelmes, jó zuhanyfejjel, forró vízzel, jó vìznyomással. A klíma jól működik és csendes.
Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, séta távolságra rengeteg jó kávézó, street food hely, bolt, látnivalók és 3 percre a vonatállomás. Nagyon ajánlom, ha az ember jó áron egy kényelmes szobát keres aludni és nincsenek luxus elvárásai. Külön köszönöm a fantasztikus személyzetnek!

A wifi kicsit lassú. A szobákra ráférne egy felújítás, de ennyi pénzért az ember ne panaszkodjon. Minden más szuper volt.

Tout ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incomparable ! Nous partions de Hanoi tard le lendemain de notre nuit pour un bus de nuit, ils nous ont gentiment offert l’accès à une chambre pour nous doucher et nous ont gardé nos affaires sur toute la journée pour profiter de la ville

Tolles kleines Hotel im Old Quarter von Hanoi. Die Lage ist gut, das Old Quarter erkundet man eh am besten zu Fuß.
In Hanoi gibt es viele tolle Cafés mit äußerst leckerem egg oder salted coffee, die ich unbedingt jedem Kaffeetrinker ans Herz lege. Für mich war es dementsprechend kein Problem, dass im Hotel kein Frühstück angeboten wird.
Mein Highlight ist das Personal: zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

The staff were easily the standout here. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, in a lot of countries, and the staff at this hotel were EASILY the best I've ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They always greeted us with smiles and offers of help and they refused to take tips for any of the amazing things they did to make out stay great. They even gave us both a bag of travel snacks when we left, including a can of a local drink they had noticed I had been drinking every day!
5 stars is not enough for this hotel. At all. I will go back to Hanoi just to stay here for the service.
The room also had everything you needed. Had English speaking tv channels, was clean, was serviced daily and surprisingly wasn't noisy at all considering they are on a busy road.
The location is great, to not only walk to train street, but also for booked tours- both day trip tours I had organised on my own, picked us up and dropped us off, right out the front too. Which you'll find is pretty hard to come across when you're staying in the city!
The hotel does offer to organise any tours for you too. Unfortunately I'd already organised mine before getting to Vietnam, or I would have definitely trusted them to do them for me.

コスパ最高です。
Pros:

立地はハノイ駅のすぐ近くで、空港からのバスがハノイ駅に泊まるため夜間の到着でもかなり安心で便利。

旧市街まで徒歩圏内。
すぐ隣に小さなスーパーマーケットがあり、コンビニも銀行も近くにあります。
すぐ近くに美味しいエッグコーヒーが飲める喫茶店もあります。

もちろんシャワーのお湯も問題なし。
部屋掃除もしっかり行なっていただき、日毎に水を用意してくれます。
フリーWi-Fiももちろん完備。

私はたまたま道路に面していない側の部屋でしたので、外の騒音も全く気になりませんでした。
むしろ旧市街のど真ん中よりよっぽどマシです。
歩くのが疲れたらGrabでバイタク捕まえればすぐ旧市街へは行けます。


立地もいいがとにかくスタッフの方々がフレンドリーで皆さん優しい方ばかりです。

受付の時から丁寧にホテルのシステムや周辺観光の案内を行ってくれて本当に素晴らしい対応だと思いました。

ツアーデスクもあり、かなり格安で手配してくれます。

また雨が降ると傘を貸し出してくれたり、最終日は飛行機が早朝発であることを伝えると空港までのタクシーも無料で用意していただけました。
しかもフルーツなどの朝食を付けて。

もちろん1泊何万もするようなホテルと比べると部屋は見劣りするかもしれませんが、この価格でこのサービスは本当に素晴らしいと思います。

かなりおすすめできますよ。
