Pros:

A személyzet határtalanul kedves volt, minden kívánságunkat teljesítették. Az utolsó nap reggel az egész környéken áramszünet volt, ennek ellenére adtak legyezőt a légkondi kiváltására, valamint kérés nélkül adtak reggelizős csomagot, mivel nem lehetett a környéken reggelizni és vásárolni. A recepciós utánunk futott pár esernyővel, amikor este elindultunk a városba, de a várható eső ellenére nem vittünk magunkkal esernyőt.
A szállás abszolut központi helyen van, 200 m-re a vasút utca legszebb részétől, körbevéve egy csómó reggelizővel, mégis - mivel hivatalosan nem az Old Quarter-ben található - nagyon kedvező volt az ára.

Pros:

スタッフの対応がとにかく良かった。サービスなどの物的なこともあったが、それよりも何よりも日本以上のおもてなし精神で温かい笑顔と言葉でたくさんの癒しをいただきました。
ロケーションも良く、どこに行くにもアクセスが良かった。

Cons:

あまりにも良くしてもらいすぎてしまったのでベトナムで他のホテルに泊まると満足しなくなってしまいそうなこと。

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Herzen Hanois
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, fast alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ich konnte beispielsweise nach dem auschecken nochmals duschen gehen vor meinem Nachtbus.

Muy cerca de la estación de tren. Muy buena relación calidad precio y el personal no puede ser más ambale.. nos dieron comida gratis porque habíamos llegado tarde y no había nada abierto para cenar. Por la mañana nos acompañaron personalmente a la estación de tren y nos dieron cosas para que no pasaramos hambre en el trayecto. Al volver a Hanoi nos guardaron el equipaje para que no lo tuvieramos que cargar durante las horas de espera hasta el sigiente punto de nuestro viaje. Queen es un encanto de persona de las que vamos a recordar.

Pros:

Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, nhân viên rất niềm nở thân thiện. Đi bộ vào phố cổ khoảng 20 phút nhưng ngược lại rất yên tĩnh. Không có ăn sáng nhưng chung quanh rất nhiều quán ăn. Giá rất phải chăng. Chúng tôi rất hài lòng.

お得感のあるほのぼのとした家族経営のお宿
Pros:

施設は古いがよくメンテナンスされており、清潔感あり。価格からすればお得感あり。駐車場が直ぐ前にある。エレベーターがあるので荷物が大きくても便利。家族経営らしく、フロントの対応は親切。
泊まった部屋は広場に面していたが、階段の窓から（誰でもアクセス可能）Anghiariの旧市街の素晴らしい眺望が楽しめる。旧市街まで5分程で歩いて行け、食べるところには困らない。広場をはさんだホテルの向かいのBarが深夜まで営業していた。

特に無いが、シャワーブースがちょっと狭い。

Nice quiet hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

Great place to stay even just for one night in Hanoi. Very clean and very friendly staff. Slightly outside the busy old quarter but walking distance.

Pros:

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I didn't get all their names but a particular thank you to Loi, the very smiley girl and the handyman who worked very hard to make the stay great. Their help and recommandations were very appreciated! As for the hotel, very well located (near the train street), I could easily walk to any place I wanted to visit, big room, very comfortable bed, I would definitely come back!

Cons:

I had small hiccups with the AC and the shower but it was very quickly solved by the staff, who are available day and night and work very efficiently!

Pros:

Lovely accomodation and a great price. Staff were wonderful and even packed a breakfast for me the next morning when catching the train. This was done when breakfast was not a part of my stay. Also Duke took my case to the station the next morning himself to help me. Queen also gave me some great advice when checking in and was on hand if I needed anything at all. Lovely staff!
