Was much more than I'd expected, especially for the price. Would happily take my family.
Pros:

Breakfast was probably the weakest point, being carb-heavy. Loved the waffle, needed some protein (other than hard-boiled egg or yogurt) to go with. Room was really a suite, big and clean. I think the first thing I said stepping in was "wow." Our rooms were on the outside, so not far to walk. Location was good.

Cons:

Outlets in lamp were quite loose. One didn't seem to work at all. Other outlets were available in the same area, so it's a minimal concern for me.

Having to stay in Rochester frequently it's good to have a place you know and trust.
Pros:

It's quiet, clean, affordable and close to the Mayo Clinic. Staff are very accommodating too!

Pros:

It was inexpensive, their was a snowstorm and it wasn't properly plowed for 2 days, people were not able to leave. Other hotels in the area were plowed out just fine. From what I can tell they hire the cheapest plow guy in the area.

The beds need to be updated badly.
