Piękna lokalizacja, w pierwszej linii przy promenadzie oraz przy głównej ulicy turystycznej, atrakcje w zasiegu spaceru. Polecam pokój z widokiem na morze. Wygodny pokój, bardzo czysto. Przyjazna i pomocna obsługa w recepcji (anglojęzyczna).

Die Lage direkt am Meer, ist sehr schön und das Personal am Empfang sehr sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Zur Zeit ist auf der Vorderseite des Hotels ein Gerüst. Dass leider nicht wirklich Abgesichert ist. Soll heißen, man könnte von innen auf das Gerüst klettern. Hoffe es passiert nix. Und unser Zimmer wurde leider nie gereinigt. Da wir einen Hund mit hatten, hing einmal am Tag das bitte nicht stören Schild draußen (wenn der Hund alleine war). Genau da dürfte das Reinigungspersonal immer gekommen sein. Einen zweiten Versuch gab es dann nicht mehr. Haben es auch mit dem Manger besprochen.

Rapporto qualità/ prezzo non all altezza. spiaggia convenzionata non di buona qualità, un po trascurata rispetto le altre spiagge ,, troppo lontana dall hotel come posizione x essere convenzionata,, qualità del buffet colazione molto basso.. poca scelta di prodotti rispetto altri hotel 3 stelle, e ne ho girati tanti negli anni,, ma cosa importante manca nel buffet colazione la dicitura dei prodotti con gli ingredienti esposti,,e la mia compagna e allergica a frutta secca che probabilmente era presente nelle torte fatte in casa,,e il personale di sala non sapeva dirmi cosa c era dentro,, inaccettabile e rischioso x chi ha allergie ..

La città di Rimini nn può accettare un degrado del genere

Personale alla reception cordiale. Guardiano notturno brav'uomo ma impreparato nel gestire l'imprevisto. Direttore gentile ma nn presente quando necessario e non trasparente sul rimborso. Mi riservo di richiederlo una volta arrivato a casa. Inaccettabile quanto accaduto.
Prenotazione in weekend fiera fitness+concerto di vasco. Tutto strapieno. Struttura fatiscente, pulizia pessima, mobilio vecchio e rovinato. Aria condizionata rumorosa. Impalcatura esterna ferma dal 2025. Mio unico errore è nn aver guardato le recensioni., mai pensavo che in Italia e soprattutto a Rimini si potesse toccare tali bassi. Certe strutture nn dovrebbero fare proprio parte della proposta booking. Per noi addirittura bagno prima guasto, (scarico del WC) poi allagato in piena notte, nessun cambio stanza e nessun rimborso demandando la responsabilità alla prenotazione booking. Oltre il danno anche la beffa. Sconsiglio profondamente.
