The location was decent

Cons:

Electricity is a way to scam guests! The claim that there is a load that is set for the number of days that you booked the place however we lost electicity on our 2nd, 3rd and 4th day. We needed to pay extra (with no reciept and no proof that they actually "load" the money) for electricity. Worst is we lost power at 12midnight and staff was slow to get the power back. The condo turned into a sauna.

I will never book an accommodation her. This is the worst accommodation I ever book.

The staff, specifically the one answering the 24-hour service, is discourteous, insulting, loud, and unprofessional; she even spoke about religion and cut my call. They cannot effectively handle customers.
The check-in took almost three hours and was very disorganized. Upon check-out, my ID also went missing, and it took another hour to locate and refund the security deposit, even though we had already checked out before 11 am.
No hairdryer was found in the room when it was included in their facility.
I was also charged on November 9, when it should have been on November 10.
They advertise a swimming pool, yet during our stay, it is under maintenance, and the gym facility is only for long-term tenants.

Good location if you are in Manila.
Pros:

The staff were honest and accommodating. In our haste to attend the event I left my ID at the Unit. The staff immediately communicated with me and gave me my ID. Thank you.

Cons:

The noise from the street below. Not the fault though of the host.

Cons:

1 hour to get into room from arrival. Person who met us demanded 3000 peso bond. Tried to make us give hime our passports, which we refused. Ended up having to leave my drivers licence.
