Pros:

Service was good. Room was clean and bathroom totally remodeled. Hotel is in a very central location and it is easy to catch the bus from around the corner or take the metro from Oxford Circus nearby.

Cons:

No breakfast is included and the breakfast that is offered is expensive for what you get. Unfortunately, we were there during a really bad heat wave and there was no air conditioning. That made sleeping terrible.

Alojamiento muy buen situado con un personal muy agradable.

Cons:

Coincidieron mis vacaciones con una ola de calor en Londres y el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado ni para alquilar, cosa que hizo algo incómoda la estancia.
Además, reservamos una habitación para tres personas y la tercera cama era un sillón cama un poco incómodo, que quizá para un niño está bien, pero para un adulto no es del todo confortable por el dinero que se paga.

The location was perfect, easy to access various train stations. The staff was extremely pleasant and was super helpful
Pros:

The property was in a great location. Accessible to many tube stations. We liked that it was in a quieter section of London but still easy to access other sections.

Cons:

The fans in the rooms could have been bigger but we were also there during a heat wave.

If you are looking for a small , boutique hotel in the centre of London , close to theatres , restaurants and shops then
Pros:

The central location was perfect without too much noise

Cons:

No air conditioning. Although we both had fans in our rooms - it was an exceptionally hot few days

Discreet hotel behind the BBC building
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Our triple room was spacious for two people, though only had one chair. It was spotlessly clean and had a separate toilet and shower room, which was good.
The 3rd bed was reasonably comfortable for an adult.
There were a range of toiletries and also tea and coffee making facilities.

Cons:

Apart from a desk top fan, there appeared to be no air conditioning in the room, so we're very hot.
We walked past the hotel twice as it's not well signposted.

Great location and comfortable rooms—but no air conditioning during summer
Pros:

The location is excellent and makes it very easy to explore London. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when they provided us with a portable air conditioner after we explained that the room was too hot.

Cons:

The hotel does not have air conditioning, and the windows only open by about 10 cm due to regulations, so the room became extremely hot during our summer stay. There was a fan in the room, but it wasn't enough. The portable air conditioner solved the problem, although it was quite noisy while running.

Comfortable and friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location for travelling to Wembley

Clean, spacious and could leave our luggage all day, after checking out.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was at the same time of the heatwave and the rooms weren’t air conditioned. We only had one fan between 3 of us so perhaps an extra fan would have made the room more comfortable. This is just an observation and suggestion, not necessarily a fault of the hotel.
