Tv didn’t work then moved rooms limited channels beds were small

Well first off we get to the hallway to our room all you could smell was nicotine and weed.and then step into a hot room that wasn't real clea.the remote was missing have its parts.the bathroom had seen better days.and tried to look out windows they were so nasty.the parking lot was full of trash.just a bad experience.

No coffee maker in room as advertised.

The room was not very clean. The bathroom floor was sticky. Did a thorough check for bed bugs because of the appearance and feel. Breakfast was only cereal which I did not eat due to cleanliness anyways. The check in was from a man on a screen which I did not like. If I had a problem I had no idea how to address it. Super expensive for the quality. The only reason I stayed is because my daughter's school had booked with Days Inn for a state event.

No actual person was at the front desk for checking in or out, it was a virtual video conference, the room was not up to expectations, floor was dirty, privacy door stop was not properly installed, bathroom was very dirty and not what we expected it would be like, the beds blankets were stained and ripped, overall it was an awful experience, messaged the facility like it said if we needed anything an no one responded all night. Will never be going back to any of these facilities.

Bathroom light barely worked, so you could barely see in the shower. Desk was too close to the door, so there was not much space to get in the room.

lack of breakfast choices and lack of hot food

I did not like that.They had a maintenance line slapped on the pool door as it was a maintenance closet.Didn't bother telling anyone that the pool was not in order or if we could use it or not part of the reason we stayed was the pool.We did not receive breakfas as advertised.It was frozen donuts , and there were rude staff who greeted us for breakfast. We had trouble with our room key and we were told we were the problem. Beds were sloppy and unmade properly. Staff was holding the backdoor open , so they could go up out back and smoke a cigarettes and active as if we were an inconvenience when we approached the counter several times to get our room , get our key fixed and ask about breakfast. I cannot stress as much on how rude staff was. We also asked for joining rooms , which was more than accommodable , and we received rooms that were down the hall from each other.
