sehr wenig. Der Manager hat sich aber bemüht und uns 2x neue Handtücher gebracht. Auch hat er den Fernseher frei geschaltet.
Die Unterkunft ist central gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft wurde auf Grund der Webseite gebucht, aber KEIN einziges Photo stimmt mit der Realität überein. Die Küche war schelcht ausgestattet, kein Küchenhandtuch, wenig Geschirr udn Gläser. Das Schlafsofa für unseren Enkel war unten abgebrochen, somit konnte er nicht die volle Länge ausnutzen.
Postiv war nur, dass wir 2 x neue Handtücher bekamen, ansonsten ist die Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert.

Very good location for exploring, facilities should be imroved

We really liked location and room was good for family of 4.

Cons:

We didnt have cold water for showering at all, it was too hot. And also for 4 of us for 6 days they gave us just 4 towels and 4 little bottles of shampoo, we had to ask for it all the time and call the stuff

Schrecklich, die ganze Stadt!

Es war halbwegs sauber.

Cons:

Das unzuverlässige Personal. Abgesehen davon war es so gut wie unmöglich mit einem Auto oder Taxi von A nach B zu kommen. Ganz abgesehen davon dass es versprochen und nicht eingehalten wurde uns ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu organisieren, war der Mann an vom „Hotel-Büro“ einfach nicht anwesend, innerhalb der Öffnungszeit. Sind vor der Tür gestanden wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt!

Right price for the stay.
Pros:

Property was situated exactly where we wanted it to be. Easy to move anywhere in the City. Staff was very nice and helpful. Air conditioning was also working perfectly.

Cons:

Nothing really that I didn’t like but with small amount of money it could be done small details that could improve the Hotel spaces.

To był wspaniały pobyt!  Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – był czysty, przestronny i bardzo wygodny. Doskonała lokalizacja pozwoliła nam bez problemu zwiedzić Neapol i poczuć jego niepowtarzalny klimat. Neapol zachwycił nas swoją energią, pysznym jedzeniem i niezwykłą atmosferą. Gospodarz był bardzo uprzejmy i zawsze służył pomocą. Zdecydowanie polecam

Un séjour très agréable.
Pros:

L’appartement, installé dans le quartier historique de Naples, est très spacieux. La climatisation a rendu le séjour très agréable alors que les températures extérieures étaient élevées.
Nous remercions notre hôte pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Cons:

Il faudrait compléter les équipements par des articles ménagers : torchons, éponges.

L'apartament és nou i confortable. Està ben situat, prop del centre i de l'estació Garibaldi.

Cons:

Vàrem arribar a les 8,00pm a l'apartament i ens varen cobrar 30€ per late check in. No ho han reflectit a la factura. M'ha semblat un abús. Està mal insonoritzat entre habitacions, es sentia tot. La cuina tenia molts pocs estris. No hi havia ni encenedor pel gas, ni una baieta, ni un pedaç de cuina. Al forn no hi havia ni palangana, ni graella, per tant, no es podia fer servir. A l'hora de fer el check out tenen un horari molt restringit, has de sortir abans de les 10'00 am, però no pots deixar les maletes abans, quan vàrem protestar en feren el favor de recollir-les de l'habitació i guardar-les fins la recollida per anar a l'aeroport. L'horari de guarda de les maletes és fins a les 8'00 pm segons el missatge de booking, per tant el sobrecost pel check in me sembla un robatori.
