A great apartment with a kitchen/living area as well as bedroom. Very comfortable. Make sure to arrange check-in since there is no one around after-hours (but available by phone (WhatsApp). Don't expect daily housekeeping service - we were there a week and they came in one day in the middle to change sheets. And there is a great kitchen, but not a great selection of pans (and no oven racks). We cooked one seafood meal and it was "challenging" but delicious.

The property is in a great location, handy for train and airport links but near to the historic centre of Naples. We walked everywhere from there.
It is in a residential street so you are in the middle of the local Napolitans, with their washing out on the balconies and scooter mayhem down below. A real experience.
Only thing we hadn't fully appreciated is that reception is only manned during office hours so it is important to communicate bu WhatsApp with the manager before you arrive but it didnt give us any issues.
There are lots of mini marts down Via Carbonara and a great trattoria/pizzeria a short walk away.

Clean room

Room was adequate. Washing machine didn't work, and they couldn't get it to work either - I suspect the under-sink wiring was connected to the adjacent suite. Swing-open panel in the bedroom uncovered another panel to an adjacent suite that was caulked closed - not trimmed/nailed/covered, just caulked. Shower is not tall enough for a tall male traveler - a prebuilt module stacked on the floor with my head on the ceiling and not enough room to squat inside to get my head under the water. Finally, we had a 6am flight and had arranged with hotel management to have a taxi pick us up at 330am. No taxi. Called the management number and they said they could not get ahold of our guy. Got another taxi instead but arrived to the airport 30 minutes later than desired - stressful event on an international flight.

It was a great spot to reach all the close historical attractions for Napoli. On the other hand, access is restricted without a 24hr desk in a not so safe narrow street. Apartment was decent but many of the pictures are old and showing pristine new condition. In reality, shower was dirty and door was broken, dining chairs had seats that detach, tv mounts hanging low cause bracket was failing, I could go on…

Friendly. The location is difficult to find but the space etc for the price is very reasonable.

Very friendly staff, goes out of their way. Nice rooms. Tall ceilings make it feel very spacious. Convenient location, very walkable.

The apartment is nice and clean. The location is good (walkable and not far from public transportation. Above all, the management and staff are always ready to answer my call.
I arrived earlier than the check in time, Sandri waited for me and checked me in as soon as I arrived in the morning. The next day due to the hot weather the electricity of the area was interrupted and I was not able to get into the apartment. Enri came to open the door for me as soon as possible and left his flash light for me. The last day when i checked out and waited for the driver to take me to the airport, I realized that I left the most important thing in the apartment (my purse with my passport!). Again, Enri sent someone who lives close by the apartment and came to my rescue. I got my passport and got to the aiarport in time. Thanks a million! Sorry for my silly mistake.

Amazing owner, very kind, communicative, and accommodating. Our apartment had a direct view of Mount Vesuvius, absolutely beautiful. Huge apartment, with a washer as well. Beautiful apartment, absolutely perfect, and comfortable bed. Easy parking behind the building for 20 euro a day. Being a Platinum Expedia member, the room came with a bottle of sparkling wine that was delivered to our room while we were out. It was a wonderful way to end the evening. Would definitely come back!

We booked 2 rooms for one night. The manager could not get the key cards to work and was smoking the entire time in the lobby while we were waiting. Once we got into the rooms we discovered that one of the rooms did not lock so we had to cram into the one room. In that room the windows did not close properly so the noise from outside was unbearable.

Flew into Naples and took the Alibus to the train station ($5). Then walked 15 minutes to the apartment hotel. This place was a big surprise! Full kitchen and the city view was fantastic. There was a mini market about 1/2 block away and a grocery store (Deco) about 4 minute walk. There was also a metro train station about 5 minute walk which connected to the main train station. Everything was convenient and the location is kinda in the middle of everything. Pay attention to the email you receive. The property manager was kind and communication via WhatsApp was prompt. We went on ventures each day and got back late each night. The building is very secure. We walked a lot but had the option to take the train since it was so close. We ventured all around and enjoyed walking through the city visiting sites and neighborhood Piazza’s. Restaurants, shopping, gelato, sites, and The hop on hop off bus stops all close by. Good time.

Alex our host was very informative and friendly He made our stay memorable. The property was very clean and spacious. be sure you check in before 5 as there is an additional expense if you do not

Do NOT attempt to walk to it from the train station, despite the claims you can. The area outside the station is rough to say the least. It is more like an apartment and the gentleman who runs it is quite fair and helpful. It had good amenities inside and was very spacious for the price.

View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples.

Good location. 10 minutes walk to metro station. Short walk to Via Tribunali for pizza, dining etc. There is no lobby, it is a building with next door office. Check in was easy, they contacted us before & we let them know what time we are expecting to be there. Going into the building is a process but it seems it is the same in the surrounding area. It is just hard for older people manuevering through the small door. We felt safe in the area. We were out till midnight every night. Appartment is in good condition but shower is terrible. It is one of those ready boxed showers. It is very hard to get in as one side of the door is blocked with the wall. It is very narrow too. Impossible with kids or normal size person. I am skinny & it is still was uncomfortable. Oultets does not work if the key is not in the room. You can't charge anything if you are not in the room. Comfortable bed in the bedroom but terrible sofa bed in the kitchen. Felt like you are sleeping without matress & very squicky. Overall it is overpriced. Not worth what we paid.

Except for some late evening noise disturbances that were quickly dealt with it was a decent experience
