Pros:

Pros:

Cet hôtel est très bien situé à Hoi An, loin du centre ville, au milieu des rizières et au calme. De plus, il est facile de se rendre à la mer en vélo. Attention, ne pas choisir des plages trop fréquentées (comme An Bang Beach) et y aller tôt le matin. La piscine est agréable et les chambres spacieuses. Choisir celles au 1er étage. Nous vous recommandons deux restaurants proches : le Red Circle et Breeze.

Cons:

Points de vigilance : 1. L'accueil est à minima ; 2. l'hôtel est un peu vieillissant et aurait besoin d'une rénovation (par exemple le bar est à l'abandon) ; 3. Le petit déjeuner est face aux rizières, ce qui est très bien, mais le service est minimum ; 4. dans les chambres, il n'y a pas de penderies. Au total, des efforts à faire.

Pros:

The pool is brilliant and its a lovely view of the rice fields. Nice, quiet location not too far away from the bustle of Hoi An. It's also right next door to Tok which is a lovely restaurant and bar.
The staff are really helpful and friendly. We were picked up for free from Da Nang airport for staying 3 nights which was really welcomed. The breakfast is simple but still tasty, pancakes with honey are great.

Endroit calme, légèrement éloigné du centre de Hoi An. Accès possible à vélo, mais scooter ou taxi recommandés. Peu de restaurants ou de bars à proximité. Bon petit déjeuner, mais choix limité.

We loved our stay and miss the views, can’t wait to go back again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, a quiet stay in the rice fields but accessible to Hoi An old town. We also loved walking to and eating at Lantern Restaurant. The property also has a decent sized pool for those who enjoy pool swimming.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect.

The best value stay
Pros:

The location was quiet. It was in the countryside. We enjoyed seeing the local people going about their daily business. The property was very nice, with beautiful gardens. The room was big & the air conditioner worked great. The breakfast was very good, fresh & healthy. The best part of our stay there was the staff. They were very attentive to our needs. Ivy, who usually worked in the HCMC location & was filling in for 1 month there, went above & beyond to support us. She came to our rescue in an emergency that arose late at night in town. We don't know what kind of a bind we would have been in if she had not come to help us.

Cons:

I didn't like to leave there.

Pros:

Nice little hotel in the middle of the rice fields. Cosy, soft beds, Netflix on the TV, friendly staff, solid breakfast and all at a very affordable price. It's a little off from the centre, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby (all of them empty though). Grab into old town is very inexpensive.

Cons:

During my stay pretty much dominated by families.

Highly recommended, perfect accommodation and wonderful owners
Pros:

Absolutely loved this place. It was the perfect place to stay so close to Hoi A but in a stunning and peaceful location. We had a balcony room overlooking the rice field and it was amazing. The room and bathroom felt so luxurious. The room is bigger than it looks the bed huge and the space around it perfect for sitting and relaxing. The pool is the best too, long enough for lengths and shallow enough for pool games! The free bikes were great and everything is within cycling distance imo. The breakfast was amazing so much to choose from and very tasty loved both the omelettes and pancakes that were freshly made. We also found lots of an excellent restaurants too within walking distance we particularly liked the Buffalo restaurant. There is a free shuttle at 10am and 5pm to town but a Grab is cheap and easy to get. The owners are so welcoming and friendly and do everything to ensure your stay is perfect. They even do your laundry for free too. Highly recommend staying here you be so pleased you did it's a fantastic find.

Cons:

Honestly nothing - it really is a true gem of a place . We felt so lucky to have found it and it made our four day stay in Hoi A perfect. We would have happily stayed here for weeks.

המיקום מהמם. ממש על שדות האורז ורק במרחק של 15 דקות מהעיר העתיקה ו10 דקות מהים.
הצוות מקסים, עוזר בהכל, נותן מידע ומאוד מאוד נחמדים.
ארוחת הבוקר חמודה כוללת ביצים, ירקות, פירות, לחמים טריים, חמאה וכל מה שצריך לפינוק אמיתי. המיטות נוחות בטירוף. לקחנו חדר משפחתי שמורכב משני חדרים ומאוד נוח למשפחה של 4. מקלחות גדולות ונקיות. מים חמים כל הזמן וזרם מצויין. בריכה גדולה ומפנקת. מקום יפיפייה,מחיר משתלם יחסית לאזור ולמקום. מומלץ ביותר

השירותים לעיתים נסתמו אבל זה דבר שעלול לקרות במזרח. הצוות דאג לטפל בזה באופן מיידי!!

Uitstekend verblijf met prachtig uitzicht op de rijstvelden, zeer goede service en een verrassend lage prijs voor wat je
Pros:

Alles was perfect bij Chez Mimosa Ricefield. De prijs was zelfs aan de lage kant voor wat je allemaal krijgt. Ze bieden een gratis wasdienst aan, gratis transport naar de luchthaven en het ontbijt was elke ochtend uitstekend. Op onze laatste dag kregen we zelfs nog een ontspannend voetbad, wat een heel fijne afsluiter van ons verblijf was.

Daarnaast is er ook een prachtig uitzicht over de rijstvelden, wat het verblijf extra bijzonder maakt. Een zeer gastvrije plek waar echt aan alles wordt gedacht.
