Quand nous allons à Da Nang nous réservons toujours cet hôtel à proximité des activités, restaurant, bar, etc

Okay but hotel can improve services and front office staff.
Pros:

The hotel location was good, room quite spacious and clean and sufficient options for vegetarians for breakfast.

Cons:

The front office staff could have been more polite and accommodative. The professionalism was missing, we were showed a photo of stained linen and told we would have to pay deposit if something like this happens from our end. Only cash payment option was available which was very rigid, we had to go to a nearby ATM to fetch the cash. The impolite first impression led to disappointment on the hotel services and did not led to a peaceful stay. They are very rigid on 2 PM check-in and would not accommodate even half an hour early check-in.
