Brilliant staff, good value
Pros:

Great staff who went out of their way to assist when my mate left his wallet in the airport taxi and recovered it by the next morning. Good breakfast and wi fi, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The shower was only just warm and drained very poorly making the shower floor slippy.

There were insects in the bathroom.
And for the next clients please specify if you want to take dirhams or euros in cash, because on booking it said that i need to pay in euros but at the end they wanted dirhams which i didn’t have.

Le personnel était très aimable et super serviable.

Cons:

Il y a un vrai gap entre les photos où les chambres paraissent moderne et la réalité! C'est vieillot, l'équipement laisse à désirer, la salle de bain mériterait d'être réhabilitée et la plomberie remise à neuf (débit d'eau très très faible, évacuation obstruée, chasse d'eau déficiente).
A ajouter à tout cela le bruit!! L'isolation phonique est inexistante que ce soit pour les bruits de la rue ou les bruits du couloir. C'était infernal avec la grande avenue très passante devant l'hôtel, impossible de bien dormir!
