The staff were all very friendly, and the kind lady at the desk even let us compare 2 different rooms to see which one we liked more.

Location was perfect, across from the park with a playground, and stores nearby.

Accueil formidable, personnel d’une grande gentillesse. Appartement hyper propre, nettoyer chaque jour par une équipe très professionnel. Emplacement parfait. Matériel (seche cheveux, lisseur ect a dispo). Tout etait génial!

Pros:

Très bon séjour. Emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre et les musées à pied. Le studio dispose de tout le nécessaire et la literie est excellente. Le personnel est aux petits soins. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le calme du balcon donnant sur le jardin et la facilité du parking souterrain gratuit juste à côté. Je recommande.

Hébergement agréable et très bien situé
Pros:

Nous étions en famille ( 2 adulte + 1 enfant), notre studio était assez grand, lumineux et donnait sur le magnifique parc de Ibn Zaidoun ! Vue vraiment magnifique ! Le personnel de réception est acceuillant et très disponible. Le ménage est fait tout les jours dans le studio

Pros:

Le logement était comme prévu avec un balcon, une cuisine que nous n'avons pas utilisé et une salle de bain. Le ménage était fait chaque jour donc tout était très propre. Les clés sont à déposer à chaque absence àla réception où quelqu'un est présent constamment, donc en cas de besoin cela est pratique pour pouvoir s'y adresser. Nous recommandons ce logement agréable.

Cons:

Le logement n'est pas très bien isolé du bruit mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, la rue était assez calme.

Pros:

We had an apartment with two bedrooms. It was great: clean, comfortable, bright, spacious, with a nice balcony and nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is worth checking out. There is a huge, beautiful park right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The kitchen is very basic and was not completely clean. There was no dishwashing liquid.

Un bons rapport qualité prix et un personnel super gentil!
Pros:

Un bon séjour à l'Hotel ISNI. Nous avons eu un problème avec la SDB le premoer jour mais l'hotel nous a relogés dès le lendemain.

Cons:

La salle de bain du premier appartement était peu fonctionnelle pour cinq personnes (dont 3 aux cheveux longs) car l'eau était tiède et le débit très faible.
