This is our yearly go to hotel for our family reunion.
Pros:

Loved the location to everything. The breakfast was great. I love that the oatmeal was cooked and not in little packets. There was a huge variety of items to enjoy.

Cons:

We don't really have much to say about dislikes. The outlet in room 118 needs replaced and we had to ask for towels each day even though I requested them in the mornings. To me, that was no big deal.

Pros:

Very nice & courteous staff. A great breakfast.

Cons:

My room had somewhat of a musty smell. I later discovered that there was a wet area on the carpet near the fridge which might have been the source. Also, the bar of soap in the bath was already unwrapped and used.

Clean, friendly staff, location to UNOH is excellent.
Pros:

went for UNOH, but can't turn left out of lot, which is not your fault. I will be back, no worries

Great place for business or pleasure
Pros:

The building is a older Fairfield but the rooms were clean for the most part and the staff was amazing. The location is close to the mall in Lima and have many options of places to eat around there.

Cons:

The shower curtain was dirty on the inside. And the light in the parking lot was flickering. The house keeping staff needs to make sure there is clear walk ways in the hallway when they have their carts in the halls.

Disappointing, but still had a good time.
Pros:

Staff were very nice. Bed comfortable. We love the big table in lobby to play games on.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was repaired at some point, right in front of commode. It was not level. It felt like we were going to fall through the ceiling. Bathtub drain was very slow, so the tub filled up while showering.
Our room keys (both) quit working and we had to wait for staff to fix that, she was busy with another guest. It was late and we were tired. Just inconvenient.
Also breakfast was not as good. The oatmeal was fine but the additives (brown sugar hard/dry, items not very appealing), items not restocked (bread,milk), no good protein available but the eggs- that did not taste good.
I know it was UNOH graduation and you were busy. I just want it to be better for the next visitors. We have stayed here many times over past few years and this was not as nice as previous stays.
I feel the good outweighed the bad because I like the beds. 😁 We would stay again if in town, but if we had another visit like this we would go elsewhere in future.
