That it was in a convenient area
Pull in driveway of parking has massive potholes. Outside of hotel was dirty and unkept. Room was same. No tv. Windows in room looked they were gonna fall if u touched them. 12 am had drunk disrespectful people yelling and talking so loud outside. No rest. Plumbing was a nightmare. Only door u can get back in is main entrance no other entrances. Even microwave in main lobby was probably one of the first microwaves to be made.
the lady at the desk at checkout was great
the guy at checkin was borderline rude, a/c didnt work in the first room so we moved to another room but not the same bed configuration, had a king got a double. asked the clerk if there was any rate adjustment, he just glared at me and said same rate. room was not real clean
The value was okay for the money spent.
The carpet was smelly and the bed sheets were stained.
The check in gentleman was amazing. Had a great laugh.
Beds are a little small.
Room was cool when we arrived...being so hot, it was nice...thank you.
Price
Sheets on bed were stained and holes in blanket. No furniture in room, humidity was bad in the hallways that they had to set up fans. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The A/C worked but the cold air coming out of unit smelled horrible.
The parking lot!
Very dirty, pubic hair on sheets and blankets, smell like pot, piss and cigarettes, ac didn’t work. It was so bad I ate the 90.00 I left and drove :35 into the country to find a clean hotel!
It allowed us to rest for the evening.
The room was clean. It could have had an extra comfortable chair to sit to read or to relax. It only had a desk chair which allowed 1 person to sit down.
It was a surprise that there was NO breakfast available. There was coffee from a Keurig in the lobby.

traveling with my family and this was a good spot to stop. plenty of restaurants and parks nearby. rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable
