満足できました。日本人よ、グアム島やサイパン島で海外旅行を楽しめ！日本国内旅行より楽しいぞ。
Pros:

夕陽の眺めが最高でした。プールも良いです。人が少ないのも良かったです。韓国人のお客は比較的少なく、日本人と白人のお客が比較的多かったです。ホテルの無料シャトルバス（カー）サービスは非常に有用です。一日４便ですが５便にしてほしいです。タマンビーチから離れているのが個人的には好きです。

Cons:

食事を充実してほしいです。お金の問題ではなくて内容の充実です。タマンビーチ界隈から離れているので、ホテルで充実した夕食を取りたいです。

Accommodatings would’ve been nice for the trouble.
Cons:

Waited an over an hour to get into our room. Staff barely said anything, just had us sit in the lobby waiting. Unprofessional with very low work ethic.

Pros:

RHIGA is one of our family’s favorite hotels to stay at. The staff are consistently friendly, and the facility is very clean.
However, I would like to raise a safety concern that needs attention. The parking lot, particularly the handicapped area, requires better lighting. We parked there while traveling with my mother, and the area was noticeably dark. As a result, she tripped and fell. Fortunately, someone in front of her was able to break her fall; otherwise, she could have seriously injured herself by hitting her head on the curb.
This is a preventable safety issue, and improved lighting in the parking area would help ensure the safety of your guests, especially those with mobility challenges. I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly.

Great stay while on Guam
Pros:

The view from the rooms are just wonderful. Beautiful pools around the property.

Cons:

Green scum buildup in the waters next to the pools take away some of the beauty. Not sure way they are not cleaned. Some hairs found in the bathroom. Shower pressure was weak. A/C never went to low fan mode. Furniture not dusted.
