Locatie.

Cons:

Douche werkte niet (alleen handdouche te gebruiken, ook na melding hiervan). Krappe badkamer. Had een kamer met balkon gereserveerd, maar kregen zonder mededeling een junior suite. Deze was wel een stuk ruimer, maar had geen balkon om op te zitten (reden om dit hotel te boeken). Aangezien het geen mooi weer was om buiten te zitten, hier geen melding van gemaakt.

Hotel de 4 que es más bien un 3 superior.
Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno y la ubicación .El personal es bastante amable pero no me entendieron cidndo les pedí un croissant para incluirlo en el
Picnic de la mañana siguiente .

Cons:

El baño tan tan pequeño y con desperfectos en el grifo y la limpieza que puede ser mucho mejor y un solo ascensor que desespera .

ROOM CLEANING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.
Pros:

Being in the city center was an advantage for us, and the free taxi service from the airport to the hotel made us even happier.

Cons:

We were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room where we stayed for 3 nights. We used the same sheets throughout our stay, and the bathroom towels were also the same. When we explained this situation, they offered us free breakfast for one day.Room cleaning could have been better.I should also mention that I had requested a room with a balcony for my reservation, but I was given a standard room.

Very good
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel Opera Faubourg. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived.
Unfortunately we had a small issue with the air conditioning, however the staff handled it with exceptional kindness and professionalism, making sure we felt taken care of.

Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, and we’d especially like to highlight Mounir and Michelle for their outstanding hospitality. They were super helpful throughout our stay.

Emplacement au top, on a très bien dormi, on recommande !
Pros:

L’emplacement, le lit hyper confortable, la vue sur les toits de Paris, la réception (et les bonbons). Qualité du vitrage des fenêtres : malgré la chambre qui donne sur la rue, aucun bruit dans la chambre.

Cons:

L’ascenseur (lent et unique) qui nous a valu de longues minutes d’attente. Insonorisation des murs (vers les autres chambres) pas au top. Chambre exiguë malgré qu’on ait choisi une chambre supérieure.
