Great value... highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent value. For a 2-Start hotel we definitely got our money's worth. It was clean and had great service. The beds were very comfortable. Any issues we had are things you'd expect from a 2-Star hotel.

Cons:

We could hear dogs barking and babies crying. The hum of the air conditioner muffled most of it. Ear plugs helped make a good night sleep. The parking is directly next to the rooms so we heard people walking past the room early in the morning and trucks starting their engines. It was a good alarm clock. I could have gone back to sleep if I wanted. Again, these are to be expected from a 2-Star and didn't diminish our trip at all.

Good
Pros:

Got a ground floor room which is what I wanted.

Cons:

Don't know if they had an ice machine, Wish that the breakfast was offered until a later time.

Pros:

Location was excellent, within walking distance was a Walmart to stock up for hiking & road trip. Access to Hwy leading to Sedona....( A must see) 😁. Plenty of linen, comfy beds. Breakfast was good and they served at 6am...we had to get back on the road early! Safe travels 🧳 to all❤️🙏

Cons:

Shower was just slightly dirty, corner had some crust otherwise it was over pretty clean. Shower door slider was very free moving and we weren't used to that so it banged a bit on the wall, but that was probably more do to our inexperience with this type of shower door.

Not a good property for the price
Pros:

The staff was great and the location was good.

Cons:

The property is very run down and the rooms definitely need to be painted and cleaner.
The breakfast offered cereal, bagels and waffles.
No proteins except yogurt.
But the coffee was really good.

Safe and convenient but old and dingy
Pros:

The staff was kind and recommended a dog friendly restaurant. Felt safe and location was convenient.

Cons:

At least try…the place is dog friendly but no where but in the lava rocks to take them to the bathroom.
The rooms need to be updated for the cleaning staff to even have a fighting chance of making that place look ok. There was gaps in the flooring in the bathroom. The toilet might be refurbished from a first grade classroom cause they were abnormally close to the floor.

Great location, access to everything
Pros:

Terrific location. Property is a little bit under-maintained. But it’s definitely a handy stop in Flagstaff. Absolutely everything you need is close by. Staff is friendly too!

Cons:

Hate the bright white LED bulbs in the rooms. I actually brought my own warm white bulbs. But aside from that the rooms are spotless.
