Cons:

Room was not properly clean. Empty alch bottles in night stand drawer. For price a night room not up to spec of competitors in area

They need to test the outlets and check the bottles when doing the room
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

The outlets to my hotel room didn't work
Conditioner was out
You would think these things are tested and looked at before you arrive.

Terrible. We stayed at over 10 hotels/motels on our trip this was the only one that made us leave.
Cons:

They did not have a clean room. Checked us in to 4 different rooms, some had leaks, some were not clean and even some were in use. Decided to check out and leave before use. Tried to contact the hotel for cancel but they ignored several e-mails and platforms. In the end Booking.com did refund our stay.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was cleaner than expected, and more modern. TV less than 20 years old.

Cons:

All soap bottles in our room were empty, our room was mixed up by the hostess. The "breakfast" was BEYOND disappointing. Bagels, cereal and oatmeal? Yea, not the "Hot breakfast" we expected for a $115 a night stay.

Major Disappointment

Cons:

Hotel was in a state of remodel yet we still paid full price??!! Police had dusted for fingerprints on the door handle and lock yet no one bothered to clean up the leftover black dust. Interior was also in middle of the remodel, poor workmanship all the way around.

Pros:

Pretty affordable and nicely renovated

Cons:

The bathroom has not been cleaned in ages. I cannot be convinced that anyone has ever cleaned the bathroom. Breakfast was very minimal.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Pet friendly and easy access to Flagstaff.

Cons:

The first room I got the bed sheets were dirty. The second room I got was better but could still tell the room needed a deep clean (dog hair etc).
