Nice stay for 1 night
Pros:

We only stayed a night but it was comfortable. My parents liked the breakfast and I thought the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was clean but it was pretty beat up but that would be expected for the cost. The showerhead was really crappy.

Pros:

Clean , however alittle shabby. Torn window shade, marked up walls and VERY loud heating/ cooling unit. Minimal breakfast, no fresh fruit.
Required a $$ deposit in case place got damaged. Close to Lowell Observatory.

I had stayed at another GreenTree in Sedona and it was a lot smoother than this one in Flagstaff. The stay was “okay”.
Pros:

How close it was to downtown and the convenience.

Cons:

When we first checked into our room, we noticed several cleanliness issues — there were blood drops near the toilet, hair on the bed that appeared to be from a dog, and even a ball of hair in the bathroom corner. Because of this, we asked to switch rooms. The front desk clerk, Madeline, was very kind and accommodating, and she quickly arranged a new room for us. The second room was much cleaner and a definite improvement over the first one.

However, I was disappointed with the additional $100 deposit charge. I had already paid $180 through Booking.com, and I felt that the deposit should have either been included in the original price or clearly explained beforehand.

Cons:

Breakfast just ok. The front desk staff also tended to breakfast which had guests waiting. No receipt available at check out. Pool/jacuzzi not available.

Cons:

Mud and salt everywhere outside and nobody cleaned it on a daily basis .tracked it into the room.staff did not take my complaint seriously and said there is construction . Yea !
