Absence of front desk staff
The room was clean and well furnished. The property was quiet and we could not hear our neighbors. It’s close to a few restaurants, stores and the BART station.
The beds were somewhat comfortable but the pillows had all seen better days. Each was hard and lumpy. The one vending machine on the property couldn’t read credit cards although it was designed to do so.

I felt the couple of the men at the desk were quite approachable or friendly towards me. I feel like they felt annoyed if I wanted something. And I felt like you know what I’m paying for this you do what I ask please and don’t give me no looks I don’t like getting looks people don’t know who I am. You know the size me up don’t prejudge me that’s what I felt and I read people very well. OK I know I know what I’m feeling when I feel it so if whoever is reading, this know that I know, and you know who you are.

Absolutely horrible experience.. No check in instructions were given. When tried to call property no one picked up the phone even after multiple attempts… booking .com was also not very helpful… we were stranded outside the apartment complex at 11.30pm at night with two toddlers with no apartment number and no help from apartment manager and booking
