Great value
Pros:

Rooms are very spacious! Significantly larger than most budget/value hotels in the area. The linens were clean and comfortable

Cons:

The room was a bit dark, I would have loved having more light in the room, even just a floor lamp or something would've been nice. I didn't ask for one though so I can't say whether or not it's something the hotel would provide.

Good value for a low budget stay
Pros:

Handy location; quiet [enough] at night; comfortable beds; clean; everything in the room works. The bedding and the towels smell fresh and clean.

Cons:

No visible updates to the tired rooms and public spaces since our visit last year. Housekeeping failed to leave hand soap and cups in the room. The shampoo/conditioner (combo) comes in very small packets and they supply only two.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helped us with our concerns. We ended up making a different reservation, and they were accommodating. No charges for the last minute change.

Cons:

There were strong smells throughout the common areas, but the room was okay for the most part. It was pretty clean for an older hotel and they had fresh linens.

Great location, great room- lovely stay~
Pros:

Parking lot is all together in front of the building with 2 entries/exits and with only one entrance to the hotel- makes it feel safer for me, everyone having to go through the front desk- past the cameras. Location of the hotel is perfect and close by to anything needed in the area. There was something wrong with our first room but they made sure to put me in another room right away- very happy.

Cons:

There isn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property- great location.
