Very Disappointing Experience — Would Not Stay Again

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered cleanliness and maintenance issues.

The first room we were given had ants throughout the bathroom, including on the bathtub, as well as ants on the bed. There were both live and dead ants in the room. We immediately contacted the front desk and requested a different room. The receptionist was accommodating and moved us to a second room.

Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. There were spiders in the room, the towels were dirty, and there was human hair on the towels. Although the bedding itself appeared to be clean and was one of the few positive aspects of the room, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the room was extremely hot because the air conditioning was not working properly. We were supposed to be able to relax and feel comfortable, but instead we spent our stay dealing with insects, dirty towels, and uncomfortable temperatures.

The issue with the spiders was especially concerning and frightening. When you stay at a hotel, you expect the room to be clean, safe, and comfortable—not to have to worry about insects crawling around.

I am being completely honest and thorough with this review because I believe guests deserve to know what they may encounter. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on maintaining the rooms properly, including cleanliness, pest control, and air conditioning.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again.

Your staff was friendly and the inside of the room was not to bad it was updated and clean your house keeping staff is very friendly and help full

Had an excellent stay. Front office at check in was super friendly and welcoming. The newly remodeled rooms were nice. The plus was the refrigerator and microwave. Convenient to casino and shopping. I will be back again!

Everything was new and remodeled . I stayed here about a few years ago and it wasn’t like this . Very affordable, and very comfy and spacious rooms

No breakfast, nice quiet room

Location is perfect, pool is getting better, wind draws a lot of bugs and debris but great none the less. Laura is amazing as always, Latisha, the room attendant is amazing. She cleans my room every time and each time it is with care. I have left many a surveys on this hotel and on my last one I posted the wrong name of Leticia, I typed her as Beth, and that was inacurate and my mistake. Leticia should be given a raise. She is wonderful.
