Good stay with a few bumps.
Pros:

The room was exactly what was expected based on online photos. The bathroom was huge, which was nice. I loved the welcome drink in the check-in area.

Cons:

I had to wait a while to check in because the only person at the desk was on the phone. I ordered food through the bookmark and the site wouldn't let me charge it to my room. So, I charged it my card and then the kitchen never got my order.

Nos hicieron un cargo al ingresar por deposito y duraron casi 1 mes para regresar el deposito. Siendo que serian solo 72 horas. Muy mal

Such a beautiful hotel, but so disappointing in terms of service.
Pros:

It's a beautliful hotel and easy to get to from the airport.

It's also near the aquarium.

Cons:

When I arrived, the bedside light didn't work. The engineer came up to fix it straight away and within 15 minutes it was flickering.

The maids did not clean the room until the afternoon, knocked on the door at 2.30 when we were resting, then we vacated the room so they could clean and they didn't. I had to go to reception again to ask for it to be cleaned.

The next day, I asked for it to be cleaned in the morning and was met at reception with, "they usually go in a certain order." To be honest, cleaning my room at 5pm is not acceptable.

There was ONE nice and competent guy called Dwight. He understands customer service (which doesn't involve arguing with the guests about what time their room gets cleaned). He was super helpful.

The restaurant has really stepped up their pace since the last time I stayed in this hotel. Everything was amazing from cocktails to our meal. The staff especially Jerome are amazing.!!!!

Cons:

this sounds minor, but when you’re trying to get going out of town, nothing’s better than a piping hot cup of coffee to start your pace in the morning. The in room coffee is not to my liking and I ordered a pot every morning. The only negative is it takes a solid hour to get a pot of coffee, which is basically not acceptable

I liked the furniture, lounge areas and the beds.

Cons:

There were a couple broken or defective items in my hotel room (shower handle, light knobs, etc). There was also a hallway door that shut and kept my from accessing my room at some point.

Generally a good place, nice facilities, e.g., bar and restaurant.
Pros:

The hotel is nice and the staff is generally friendly. The inside of the hotel is very quiet, which was great. The bar and restaurant were fabulous and so was the staff there!

Cons:

Although I was told when we were checking out that they could have upgraded our room - nice to tell me when checking in rather than checking out. Also, the staff weren't very forthcoming about helping w/directions or other suggestions (at least at the front desk). The windows are old and easily allow lots of noise to come in from the noisy streets outside. There's a small park behind the hotel - don't go near there after dark b/c it's filled w/homeless folks and smells strongly of urine.

Disappointing
Cons:

The coffee was absolutely horrible in the room. The coffee machine was useless. This made go down stairs and pay 5 a cup for horrible coffee. I am hilton honors but will no longer participate in the program. Thank God, I book with an outside vender. If I had paid Hilton prices I would have even more pissed with the experience.
