מקום נהדר. מעוצב ומכיל כל מה שהיינו צריכים. תענוג של ממש.
מיקום מרכזי ונוח קרוב לשוק וקרוב מספיק לים. קרוב לתאטרון ולרכבת הקלה.

1. יש מה לשפר בתחזוקת מתקנים.
2. המרפסת הנהדרת לא נוקתה ולא סודרה.
3. השירות של הצוות בינוני בסך הכך. קושי בקבלת מידע מלא ומדויק.
למרות זאת היה גם עם מי לדבר ובסופו של דבר הסתדרנו.
