Please note that from October 2023 to April 2024, the hotel will be undergoing a major lift upgrade project. While this may cause some inconvenience, rest assured that the management is working to enhance the property for your future comfort.

All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed.

Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Early check in available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00 am only (subject to room availability).

Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast (One Serve of Hot Plated Breakfast: bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms & baked beans, plus help yourself to toast, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt, pancakes, coffee, tea and juice – No refills) at AUD 21.00 per person (served between 07:30 am to 10:00 am daily).

Staff were really great this time. Completely more polite and welcoming from my last stay. Well done.

Cons:

Rooms could really use a deep clean in the bathrooms. Showers have dirty and or mouldy grout and silicone areas.
Room 517 has the best shower head i have ever had in a hotel. Replicate this in all rooms would be great.

Cons:

Unable to use stairs, very hard with both having walking disabilities. Lift only stops at 1/2 floors to our room.

Great location and restaurant on site. Value for money. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The split system that we couldn't adjust. Seemed to be set on 24 and was too hot. Couldn't turn off with remote, had to take card out of the slot which meant one tiny lamp was only light. Seemed to be the same in the 2nd room our party had too.

They took a copy of my ID when they only asked to see it. I see no reason for a hotel to copy an ID when your standing right there with the correct name on the reservation.
