All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed.

Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Early check in available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00 am only (subject to room availability).

Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast (One Serve of Hot Plated Breakfast: bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms & baked beans, plus help yourself to toast, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt, pancakes, coffee, tea and juice – No refills) at AUD 21.00 per person (served between 07:30 am to 10:00 am daily).

Comfortable, safe and quiet stay. Happily stay again.
Pros:

Location was perfect for comute to and from train station of Southern Cross train station. The short walk was convient and a longer walk to stadium.

The bedroom had ample space for my Mum and myself with twin comfortable beds and lovely bathroom.

The staff were lovely, genuinely friendly warm and informative. Genuine in their greeting when checking in and farewell.

Cons:

I really cannot think of any that stand out.

Possibly the Foyer is a little dated but that is a minor issue as you can see touches of furniture have been used to revamp the area , so no issues at all, just really a lot of positives.

Location was fantastic and close to Marvel stadium and Southern Cross station. Ease of check in and check out. Large room and fantastic size bathroom with good water pressure. Able to leave bags for the day of departure in storage until we needed them and also an early check in as the room was ready to go.

Cons:

Shower could have been a bit cleaner mold in corners and in grout. Just needed a bit of better scrub

Very enjoyable, especially using trains and buses, no parkin hassles so accessible from the station
Pros:

We were very surprised at the size of the room and the quality of service available, with the very reasonable price we paid. It is so handy to the railway station, we will hopefully see you again. The breakfast was very good, reasonably priced and kept us going all day. The free luggage storage until our train departure was very much appreciated.
