Please note that from October 2023 to April 2024, the hotel will be undergoing a major lift upgrade project. While this may cause some inconvenience, rest assured that the management is working to enhance the property for your future comfort.

All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed.

Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Early check in available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00 am only (subject to room availability).

Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast (One Serve of Hot Plated Breakfast: bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms & baked beans, plus help yourself to toast, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt, pancakes, coffee, tea and juice – No refills) at AUD 21.00 per person (served between 07:30 am to 10:00 am daily).

Good sized, clean room. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

A bit cold in the room. Couldn’t get the aircon to blow warm air. To be fair, I could have asked the staff to help, but it was after 10pm that I checked in & I was too tired.

Lack of cutlery and crocery. Ie knives, plates, bowls. They are not expensive. A stove, toaster, microwave would be good.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was conveniently located in the city close to shops and restaurants, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Everything was great. But, the only minor things I noticed were that the soap and shampoo scent wasn’t very refreshing, and it would have been nice to have slippers in the room.

We paid Booking.com $569 for two nights in this low budget hotel, for this price we would expect a medium comfort level. It was a horrendous night and when I searched this hotel the nightly rate across all platforms was less than $100 per night. We could not tolerate another night and checked out first thing. The receptionist gave us one receipt for $273, although we had paid $569 and said Booking .com. would need to organise any refund. Booking.com were contacted by phone and advised they would seek a refund from the hotel, which we did not receive any further advice on. Unable to contact Booking.com by email, tried the chat, but no joy there either. We had to book in elsewhere for the remainder of our stay and pay additional accommodation costs. Basically, we feel let down and ripped off.

Under par overpriced.
Pros:

The location of the room is good, close to train station, taxis and trams. Close to shopping.

Cons:

The room itself was not like photos at all. The inside of the room was very under par. Way too expensive for the room. Should be 150 max. TV didn't work as promised, staff were rather tired or just shrug-off-ish. Only good thing about the stay was we were at the back off the road, however was not very quiet anyway.
