All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Early check in available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00 am only (subject to room availability).

Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast (One Serve of Hot Plated Breakfast: bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms & baked beans, plus help yourself to toast, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt, pancakes, coffee, tea and juice – No refills) at AUD 21.00 per person (served between 07:30 am to 10:00 am daily).

Handy to Spencer Street station and Bus depot friendly staff, clean and modern.
Pros:

We arrived after midnight and the young gentleman at the service desk was very friendly and helpful. Because of our late arrival from the airport he extended our check-out time to 11am instead of 10am which was very considerate.

Could not fault anything.

This hotel used to be Excellent. But now from my view it has been down graded. I will rated 3 Star.
Pros:

The courtroom area is too old. Need a complete upgrade.

Cons:

The room that I checked into was in the courtyard area. Water was leaking in front of the room. I nearly slipped as I was walking into my room.
But after complaining to the staff, they moved me into a different room in the courtyard.
This room has an awful smell. I told them.
Then, finally, they moved me to a better room.
