Please note that from October 2023 to April 2024, the hotel will be undergoing a major lift upgrade project. While this may cause some inconvenience, rest assured that the management is working to enhance the property for your future comfort.

All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed.

Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Early check in available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00 am only (subject to room availability).

Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast (One Serve of Hot Plated Breakfast: bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms & baked beans, plus help yourself to toast, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt, pancakes, coffee, tea and juice – No refills) at AUD 21.00 per person (served between 07:30 am to 10:00 am daily).

We would like to inform you that we now offer express check-in and check-out to our guests via kiosks in the hotel lobby. The good and the not so good.
Pros:

Staff were okay.

Cons:

Had to use stairs to get to my room. As an elderly lady using a walking stick, carrying my bags it was not only awkward, but painful. The room had no outside windows, was dark and uninviting. Noises echoed and was constantly woken.
First time I stayed it was great. In room 124. Second time was in 109. The second room was not only as has been stated. But the toilet and shower were not really clean. The toilet bowl was stained, and the shower had grime in parts.

Pros:

Generally all good for the price. The attendant assisting with breakfast was particularly excellent, she was very smiley and positive.

Cons:

The breakfast, which is good value , was a bit dried out so on the 3rd day we had breakfast elsewhere

A great place to stay close to the city and transport
Pros:

The location was perfect for where we were going and so handy to transport

Cons:

Just a few more tea bags and coffee in the room we had four ladies who all like a tea or coffee there was only three English breakfast in the room

Excellent location, a beautiful room on the 5th floor
Pros:

Excellent location and I loved being up on the 5th floor this time in a room with unusual arches. Good soundproofing, a quiet and comfortable night. A well thought out room and close ot cafes, supermarkets and all transport systems. Good price for a Saturday stay, great to have luggage storage options on the departure day.

Cons:

If someone arrives with two heavy cases, who doesn't look like a weightlifter, it's probably good to not say that they have stairs to navigate! Luckily, it was a mistake - I had asked to be in the new building sans stairs - as I knew I would be arriving with heavy cases. White sugar? Bring your own coffee too!
