All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed.

Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Early check in available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00 am only (subject to room availability).

Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast (One Serve of Hot Plated Breakfast: bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms & baked beans, plus help yourself to toast, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt, pancakes, coffee, tea and juice – No refills) at AUD 21.00 per person (served between 07:30 am to 10:00 am daily).

We would like to inform you that we now offer express check-in and check-out to our guests via kiosks in the hotel lobby. Please feel free to ask our friendly staff upon arrival if you need assistance.

Pros:

The location was great for my work goals, and the self-check-out machine was very convenient, making it easy to leave the hotel without much hassle.

Cons:

The hotel did not provide basic travel essentials such as toothpaste. I noticed there were no toiletries in the room apart from the standard soap and shampoo, so I went to reception to request toothpaste, only to be informed that they had run out. For a hotel charging around $100 per night, I believe management should pay closer attention to these basic guest needs. In addition, the room did not meet my cleanliness standards. There was dust in several areas, and the carpet appeared dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the room feel poorly maintained.

The only interaction I had with staff was during check-in and when requesting toothpaste. Unfortunately, the service felt very flat and lacked friendliness or warmth. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Pros:

Cheaper accommodation. Ease of access from train station. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Small cramped space. Could hear noise from adjacent room. But still good value for money.
Should be a warning for the uninitiated as to which window blind provides the privacy.
Breakfast choices in restaurant great and good value.
Dinner menu few healthy choices. I had Nachos - stale chips, overcooked cheese, barely any beans in the chilli.
