Please note that from October 2023 to April 2024, the hotel will be undergoing a major lift upgrade project. While this may cause some inconvenience, rest assured that the management is working to enhance the property for your future comfort.

All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorisation form will need to be completed.

Please note that there is a non-refundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Early check in available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00 am only (subject to room availability).

Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast for AUD $20.00 per person, served daily from 7:00am to 10:30am. Each plated serve includes bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, tomato, tinned mushrooms, and baked beans (one serve only, no refills). Guests can also enjoy our self-serve selection of toast, cereal, canned fruit, fresh seasonal fruit, mini croissants, pancakes, yoghurt, coffee, tea, and juice.

We would like to inform you that we now offer express check-in and check-out to our guests via kiosks in the hotel lobby. Please feel free to ask our friendly staff upon arrival if you need assistance.

If all you want is a cheap clean room it’s great
Pros:

It’s easy to get to and very close to public transport.

Cons:

Considering what I paid I think I got value for money but I did get woken up by a really loud noice at 6.30 but that might have been out of the hotels control

Horrific experience
Pros:

Staff were unbelievably rude. Lost my wallet that week Provided photo ID on my phone, and was told it did not suffice.
Staff if like to complain about are Daisy, Natalie, and Peter.

Great location needing upgrades and love
Pros:

Great location,
Staff friendly enough and mostly helpful

Cons:

Had 2x kings beds but they just 2 smaller beds zipped together, making the middle of the bed uncomfortable. (A foam mattress topper would have definitely helped)
The shower had no pressure at all, so could not shower.
Bathroom sink taps stiff and partly broken.
Rubbish not cleared daily
Only one bowl despite there having a microwave and cleaning staff not once washed or exchanged the bowl.
Room to hot set to heating for winter understandable and there was a separate cooling unit but still room was to hot.
Room not vacuumed properly dust and fluff under table and gum stuck to floor.
