Great staff!! Very helpful! Clean, 3 minutes away from underground mall and from train stations, restaurants etc..1 mn from convenient store . I would return there if I am back in Sapporo

You have to get to breakfast before 7am otherwise you MIGHT have to wait a bit to be seated.

Pros:

숙소 모든 곳이 깨끗하고. 신경을 많이 쓴 숙소였습니다.
들어가면 반기는 좋은 향기. 호텔의 등급이 높을수록 향기에 신경을 쓰는데 4성급보다 더 신경 쓴 모습.
카드키를 가져야만 층이 눌러지는 엘리베이터.
살짝 고정이 되는 샤워커튼. 소리가 안 나는 수전.
샤워실의 환기가 조용하면서 강력해서 습기가 없고 냄새도 없었습니다.

자석식으로 마련된 청소옵션이 있어서 문밖에 붙이기 쉬웠고.
무료로 제공되는 얼음. 식수. 퀄리티가 매우좋고. 호시자키 제빙기의 얼음은 단단해서 오래 유지가 되었습니다.

라운지도 운영이 되어서 커피를 늘 먹을수 있어서 행복했습니다

직원분들은 늘 눈이 마주치기전에 먼저 인사를 건네주었고
두리번거리면 먼저와서 필요한것이 있는지 물어봤습니다.

이런 사소하다고 느끼는 것들에서 호텔의 품격이 정해지는것 같습니다.
시설은 4성급이지만 5성급의 서비스 입니다.

Well located hotel, wonderful service and helpful staff
Pros:

We had a fabulous 4 days 3 nights stay at Keio Prelia. Such a well located hotels, within minutes of the station and major city attractions. Their staff are friendly and polite and always happy to help. I especially love the self service laundry room (payable but minimal fee).

My son left his newly bought jacket at the hotel and only realized it when we arrived at the airport for our flight to Tokyo. I quickly wrote to the hotel asking whether it is possible to send his jacket to our hotel in Tokyo. They gladly said yes, asked for my hotel name, calculated the delivery cost and I received the parcel 2 days later. My son was so happy 😄 Thank you so much to Keio Hotel for their extraordinary service. Will definitely be back

快適でした
Pros:

歩き疲れた身体に、大浴場がとても良かったです。清潔感もありパウダールームもありました。
また荷物の預かりの件でもスタッフの方がとても良くしてくれました。
また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。
