This was more like a hostel. No breakfast no shops,no transport.
Although the hotel was clean & tidy the staff weren’t very helpful and didn’t really speak to you. You weren’t given a choice what you wanted for breakfast and when I asked for room service ( which it clearly states it does) the response was ‘not today!’ I then asked if they had a menu ‘no, one dish,’ was the reply I got. I wouldn’t go back.
the hotel has communication problem with hotels.com, thus the checkin process was not smooth. This will be big trouble in busy season.
Other than that, the overall experience is good. The view is nice, location is convenient, staffs are supportive.
I haven’t checked in there as they cancelled my booking without informing me about that, and this hotel hasn’t cancelled my booking until now and requested me to contact Expedia. Why do I have to contact by myself even though they did cancel the booking without my confirm?? Unacceptable!
