Kamer, zwembad, terras zijn ok. Personeel niet ok

Mooie entree, leuk zwembadje en terras. Kamer netjes.

Cons:

Ik had gevraagd voor late check out tegen betaling. Niks was mogelijk omdat het hotel helemaal was uitverkocht. Maar dat was niet waar, volgens diverse booking sites kon je nog kamers boeken. Ook kreeg ik op de laatste dag briefje onder de deur of ik wilde verlengen maar dan andere kamer. Niet netjes om te liegen tegen je gasten. Ik heb daarna ander hotel geboekt.

السيفتي بوكس مكانه جدا سيء على الارض
عدد لفتين حق 25 طابق ! كنا ناخذ وقت لين ننزل تحت او نطلع للغرف

Forventet meget mere på et 5 stjernet hotel
Pros:

Indtjekning var kl 14… vores værelse var først klar kl. 15. De prøvede endda at “spidse os af med” et værelse hvor terrassen kun var 1/4 af det vi havde bestilt. Vil du bo i de værelser som har stor terrasse skal du undgå room no 734 og 736 !
Bemærk at alle værelser på etage 7 med terrasser er de lige numre på solsiden, mens ulige numre er i skygge siden, hvilket kan være en fordel gr. høj temp i Bangkok. Kunne man godt have oplyst på hotellets hjemmeside.
Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet.

Cons:

Restauranten (Tropicana) er overpriced. Ved aftensmaden var der foruden os 2 personer, som skulle have servering, på trods heraf fik vi at vide, at maden først ville blive serveret efter 1/2 time !!! Maden kom til min kone og jeg måtte vente yderligere 10 min før jeg fik serveret.
Generelt kender de ikke til begreberne præcision og timing på hotellet.
Vi kommer IKKE igen !

Jag tyckte att det var rent och fint med moderna faciliteter. Det var nära allt. Personalen var hjälpsamma och service inriktade. Ett stort tack till personalen i hotellet
