Please note there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with Visa or Mastercard (including debit cards), Apple Pay, American Express, Union Pay and Diners credit card. Payments made with cash, savings or checking accounts are fee-free.

Please note that The Ultimo requires an AUD 50 credit card pre-authorization, or AUD 200 cash or Eftpos deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. A credit card pre-authorization is a freeze placed on your account by your financial institution and is not a debit to the account.

Upon check-out, any outstanding balance owed will be confirmed and debited to the card provided. If the balance is zero the full amount will release back to your account within the next 5–7 working days from your financial institution.

Please note that pets can only be accommodated in the Ultimo Courtyard Rooms.

Covid-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 years and older. No entry to the hotel unless you can provide proof of full vaccination or a medical exemption

Very friendly staff, clean room. Just a few minute walk from Ventral VentralOK to do

Good location. Cleanliness.

Cons:

A big piece of furniture (kettle and phone station, fridge is below the surface) is partially blocking the way to the toilet.

Mes amis, mon épouse et moi avons passé une très mauvaise nuit du principalement au bruit.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait a 350m de la gare et avec la possibilité de tout faire a pieds.
Les chambres sont très bien et la literie très confortable.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très mal insonorisé des bruits extérieur surtout pour les chambres cote rue.
Et certains clients irrespectueux qui claque les portes et qui chahutent et aucun personnel intervient.
De plus la VMC de la salle de bain fait du bruit en continue.

Pros:

Great location, only a few blocks to Central train station and near Chinatown. Room was very quiet, for such a busy area. Very comfy large bed and spacious room. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

ロケーションが今回の私たちの旅にあっていて、キャピタルシアターにもQBVにも近くてよかった。周りには色々なレストラン、店もあり楽しめた。部屋もきれいでスペースもよく、ペットもつれていけてよかった。駐車場の割引もあったので助かった。また利用したいです。

Cons:

空調をレセプションでしか調節できず、レセプションにお願いしてもなかなか直らなかったのが残念。

A centrally located and affordable hotel
Pros:

The hotel is central and well located, and affordable compared to many other comparable Sydney CBD hotels. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere

Cons:

The hotel heating was very warm; and we had to blast the AC in our room to cool it down as the room was often uncomfortably hot
My bed was placed directly under a window, facing flood lights from a neighbouring building. The blind on the window did not shut out the light so I had to purchase an eye mask to help me sleep. After that it was fine
