The location was pretty good and near the city center.

Cons:

The room was very dirty and it smelled so bad of cigarettes. The toilet didn’t work and when we told the staff they said they couldn’t do anything and we need to use water and cup to flush. But the other thing was that the running water failed a few times.

Quiet run down but a few staff are working hard to keep it afloat

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Cons:

The toilet was broken, the WiFi kept turning off/losing signal, the plug sockets were hanging out the walls, there were loud drunk sounding people throughout the night, and ants everywhere in our room.

We asked for a late checkout, were told yes by one member of staff, then told by another we had to leave anyway.

Superb
Pros:

Stayed here for a night on 3 occasions, rooms and venue were clean all the time. Great value for your money, close to kantor imigrasi and bus terminal, dont expect a nice view or luxury but the basics are covered.

Cons:

In one instance the water was gone for a couple of hours.

The worst hotel in Sulawesi
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The room was very very dirty: dust, insects, stains in the bed.
No hot water.
In the first room the toilet flush didn't work.
I asked to the receptionist for toilet paper and she told me that I had to pay.
