Disorganized and hard to reach

Cleanliness, there was what appeared to be blood on the bathroom door, bathroom fan did not work and smelled moldy/musty, blankets were thin and inadequate. Biggest headache was requesting days ahead of time for an extended check that they confirmed, only to show up to hear they did not have it on record.

we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

we had a great stay and were so happy to find a hotel that allowed us to bring our dog! the hotel was beautifully renovated, staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. our room was spacious and comfortable. we especially loved having the couch to relax on. the courtyard was beautiful too with a fire pit and even a little dog house!

Cons:

the only disappointment was that Sonesta advertises their PAWS pet program with a welcome letter, treats, bowls and a mat, but we didn't receive any of those during our stay. not a huge deal, but we were looking forward to the little welcome for our dog!
