Amazing Stay
Pros:

Hotel and the room were super clean, bed were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Pamela the front desk attendant was amazing, made check in and out easy, was very friendly, helpful made our stay even more enjoyable.

Pros:

The room was cute. We got first floor which was perfect as I have trouble walking

Cons:

The additional entrances were not shoveled out. There were footprint paths in the snow to reach the other doors, but the actual walkways were not shoveled. This was disappointing as the only true accessible entrance was the front but there was not parking close. We could have parked right in front of our room but I could not traverse the paths.

Pros:

We were with family which was nice.

Cons:

The pool was closed. We had to pay for parking- what a joke. And breakfast was not included. We booked thru a third party who said pool, continental breakfast and free parking. There was long black hair on the bathroom floor upon our arrival

Location was perfect, super nice room, courtyard was phenomenal.

Bar no longer open, no ice machine on 2nd floor and 1st floor one was out of order.
