Caleb and Amanda very helpful and pleasant . Its become a second home for us while we visit our grandkids. Property is always clean , employees always friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet delicious and fresh. Our only place to stay in Az.
Honestly can't think of any ...its that good
The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Pretty much everything. The room is nicely decorated. Great shower. Plenty of channels on the TV. The staff is wonderful.
And the little bistro/bar is the perfect place to unwind. They have a great selection of craft cocktails that are fun to try.
I had the Mushroom and Brie bisque and 6 chicken wings.
Better than most restaurants.
The only thing that I can think of is that the bed is a little firmer than I prefer. Took a gummy and never even noticed it.
Great location to visit grandaughters attending Ottawa University
The coffee maker in the rooom did not work and no free coffee on site.
We have stayed in other Hilton’s that offer free breakfast, but this one didn’t Adequate room , but pricy

Clean rooms, and convenient location for our needs.
At check-in we were told breakfast was served until 10am. On our last day, a Monday, it closed at 9am and we were not informed until we walked up at 9:05. Disappointing, as we had prepaid for breakfast for our entire stay.

Staff not always available at front desk
The area and hotel were nice, however our experience with the hotel staff and managers was not good. Our diningroom experience in particular was one to remember. The American, English speaking host who took my breakfast order could not understand that I wanted everything EXCEPT sausage on my omelet. She asked for clarity twice, and then had an attitude (along with the cooks) for having to remake the omelet. Also, the cooks proceeded to teach the host how to say "guerro" more than once while looking at my white husband and laughing. When I spoke with Nia, the operations manager, about our experience, I was asked how it was offensive to my husband that the cooks were teaching the host how to say "guerro" meaning "white boy", and was accussed of deliberately walking out on my bill by not finalizing it before leaving the diningroom. I didn't realize the host didn't take my room number down to bill me before I left the diningroom. I was then charged for my omelet after requesting that I not be charged for it. I am very disappointed with our stay at this location and how it was handled, and would not recommend this Hilton location to anyone.

I Like The Bar & Restaurant were There, so I Hang Out in The Hotel At The end of The Day.
I didn’t light That The Beer glasses weren’t Chilled, or cleaned Properly. This has a tendency to Produce Flat beer out of The Tap.
