The pool was amazing..
You could see daylight all around the door seal and lots of noise .
I loved the pool! Sad the hot tub was unavailable, but the pool was heated and nice!

Pool was way too hot! Found out it was HEATED, the real feel of the air temp was 110 the time we were there. Could not enjoy the pool, wish we could. Beautiful pool area

Только расположение объекта. Завтрак вроде тоже был не совсем плохим, но оставшиеся после ночи эмоции , уже ничего не могли перекрыть.
Невероятно грязно на полу, карпет на полу были сильно грязным, видно что его давно не убирали. Запах сырости в номере, сразу же поразил своей стойкостью, явно понятно, что это не Флорида со своей влажностью виновата, это вопрос к кондиционерам и в целом к помещению огромные вопросы. Но нам это все только началось, когда легли спать, мой сын почувствовал что по нему что то ползает, сначала я сказал что это был сон, но нет, он попросил включить свет и осмотреть кровати и пол, и моя семья была в шоке, мы увидели 2 таракан, один размером 2-3 инча, и один малыш был размером 1 инч. Мы пришли в 1 час ночи к администратору, с просьбой сменить номер, он нам его поменял, мы переехали в другой номер, там запаха сырости было меньше , но запах застоявшейся сырости присутствовал. Ночь была испорчена, ребенка плакал, бояр я засыпать.. дождавшись утра, при дневном свете, мы вновь увидела таракана, этот был тоже маленьким.. желание было скорей уехать из номера.

The room was subpar, the A/C unit was extremely noisy and constantly cycling. Lighting in the room and bathroom was terrible!
Breakfast was very disappointing I just wanted some fresh fruit and all that was offered were greenish/brown bananas.
Location to Sanibel Island was great.
The room we were in was moldy and smelled like mildew. It was obviously a known issue as the room had a dehumidifier in it … but the mold smell was overpowering.

Was under the impression it was 150'from the beach. It wasn't.
The only thing that went well was the breakfast we received as part of the stay.
I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay at a La Quinta again.
When we arrived, our first room was dirty and had a strong moldy smell. We went to the front desk, and the gentleman working there was polite and moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also dirty, with small dead bugs around the sink area and the same musty odor that suggested possible water damage. The hair dryer also did not work, although the front desk employee promptly replaced it.
After one night, we decided to cancel the remaining six nights of our stay. The front desk associate was helpful and said she would speak with the manager when she arrived. However, when the manager came in, she completely ignored us, walked past without saying a word, and showed no concern about our complaints.
We were told to contact Booking.com to process the cancellation and refund. Booking.com sent a request to the hotel, but the manager refused to cooperate, claiming they did not accept emails. Booking.com then attempted to call the hotel, but no one answered. When we asked about it, the manager gave excuses that did not match what Booking.com told us. The entire process was frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily difficult.
The only positive part of our stay was the gentleman at the front desk who tried to help us the first night. Unfortunately, the poor condition of the rooms and the manager's rude, dismissive behavior completely overshadowed that. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had.
