Overall, the experience was okay, but the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort.
Pros:

The location is very convenient . The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, and there were ticks or some kind of insect in the bed, since I woke up covered in bites.
There was also not enough lighting in the bathroom. The air conditioning was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep, and you could hear all the noise from the rooms next door and above.
The condition of the building was also very run-down and definitely needs some maintenance.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, propre, confortable.
Pros:

Propre, belle piscine, le staff est gentil, le prix est très attractif et c’est juste en face de l’île de Sanibel

Cons:

J’ai eu quelques problèmes pour utiliser la smart TV, mais je pense que c’est pas grand-chose

Our stay was not enjoyable due to not being able to use the pool due to the uncleanliness.
Pros:

The only thing we liked about the place was the location. It was close to our family.

Cons:

The facilities were very dirty. The water was cold for the shower. The elevator had a hole in the floor. The doors did not open when you hit the button and if they open, it was only one side and it closed quickly. There were homeless people sleeping under the front steps on the left side of the building. The pool was mucky when you got out it felt like you had something on you. The floor in the room was not vacuumed daily the soap dish was not cleaned. The grounds were not well kept example by the pool. There was a sock that had been sitting there for God knows how long and garbage I will not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Everything was excellent from the front counter to the cleaning staff!!!. Breakfast was perfect and the dining area was clean at all times also the size was excellent. very satisfied definitely will stay again.
