We were on 1st floor, looks like the room is fully renovated after the hurricane flooding. Clean, nice comfortable bed and sheets. Amenities can be better. Good continental breakfast.
Rate is high but it’s the spring holidays and all hotels are expensive. No luggage storage for early check-in or late check-out. And strictly no early check-in but staff later was nice to accommodate. Helps after a redeye flight.

Air conditioning and air purifier way too loud. Made it difficult to get good night sleep.

Heat didn’t work, it was 60 degrees at night in room, micro wave didn’t work, tub didn’t drain, no light over desk, very dark in room, water in shower wasn’t hot, only warm even after running it for 15 min. Walls paper thin, lots of noise in adjacent room and kids stomping on floors above and slamming doors until 2am. Entry door warped in jam, wife couldn’t open it, very hard to open and close.

Breakfast was ok, but should have more of a variety on different days, instead of the same thing everyday.
Pool was great.....
Staff did not impress me. Staff should learn to speak English not just their own language. They could not understand me when I was trying to talk to them.(This is America)
Our room was not cleaned on our last day. I had to go find staff to clean our room.
Floors were not vacuumed everyday.
Property was clean and in a central area, only 15 minutes from the beach

moquette dans la chambre avec une forte odeur, alors que des chambres ont été rénovées avec du lino. L'hôtel n'était pas complet j'avais demandé une chambre côté piscine et ils m'ont adressé un mail pour me dire que cela coûterait 20 dollars de plus ! je me suis retrouvée côté parking !

Nice pool.
Pool deck needs a good power washing and lots of small repairs, several electrical boxes uncovered major concerns. No I mean zero water pressure in bathroom sink then the female staff act like it’s an unknown issue when I see it in several other past guest reviews. The evening front desk guy is very helpful and nice. If I managed the front desk staff I would fire the two front desk females on my first day. Both are extremely rude, unhelpful hotel staff I have ever meet. Never went to a hotel where you need to get or check out pool towels then again the female staff are rude again for asking for towels. I also asked about a local restaurant rude again saying I have no clue why are you asking me.
Convenient, clean.liked the 3:00 check in and 11:00 check out.
