The breakfast and the pool

The staff was very friendly.
The room was dirty, mainly the bathroom. The poor needs maintenance. And all the hotel areas need cleaning

La chambre était lugubre : nous avons été placés tout au fond de l’établissement, à l’autre bout de l’hôtel, dans une chambre sans aucune lumière et pourtant l’hôtel était presque vide.
La moquette semble sale, les lits sont minuscules (environ 130 cm) pour deux personnes, ce qui est très inconfortable.
Les parties communes donnent une impression très triste et peu entretenue.
L’ambiance générale ne donne absolument pas envie de rentrer à l’hôtel. De plus, le personnel à l’accueil s’est montré particulièrement peu aimable et peu accueillant.

Check in process was smooth ; Breakfast was Okay, the Pool water was hot and nice. location is good and just before travelling to sanibel island
1) There were bugs in the room. We got two Cockroach immediately after we enter;
2) The lighting in the room is not nice.
It was located in a convenient place to the place I need to be near too.
My first room had an air purifier in it and it smell moldy. Also, there was a large ant that crawled on me. I have a video of it which I showed the front desk. I had to switch rooms and found another ant crawling on me as well. I never had this happen before.
