Rooms by Alinance Cebu
Pros:

The hotel was located perfectly for my needs.

The staff were very friendly amd helpfull.

Cons:

There were problems with the plumbing; no hot water and the toilet would not flush.

On complaining to the staff, we were relocated to a different room.

My favorite Go-to hotel .
Pros:

Everything about the hotel is top notch. It is my only go to place when I'm in Cebu. Which I do often 1x-2x a month... Supercjean. Nice smells. Staff top notch and very accomodating. Close to restaurants, Robinson's Mall and Supermarket.

Cons:

None!

Pros:

The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The AC was very noisy. The street noise was also very annoying at time. Rooms facing the rear of the property may be better.

Dirty
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Never cleaned the room. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom floor flooded. Overall, was not a good option given other hotels in the area. Staff seemed to be always around but never cleaning the rooms of residents, only when they left. That’s just not good enough

Recommended for a short stay.
Pros:

All good. Whatever the reason we book, it meets our requirements. We stayed comfortably. Below the hotel, there is a 7-Eleven, Burger King, massage spa, fuel station, etc.

Cons:

Nothing in particular.
