The low point of our trip to the area.
Pros:

Location near airport.

Cons:

Cleaning of rooms and facility seemed disorganized. Phone in room did not work, hotplate requested was not functioning properly and had to be replaced, then replaced again as the second one wasn't working. The breakfast offering was mediocre.

Room great but was charged more than expected
Pros:

The location, the shuttle service to the airport and the room was just like the pictures and their house keeping cleaning was great.

Cons:

During my stay I double checked with the manager onsite as to what my overall total would be since I had two holds on my credit card for two different totals and it ate up into my available credit messing with our budget. The manager I spoke to, Edward, he reassured me that I wouldn’t be charged and that the holding fees will be dropped once’s I check out. Well at check out I saw my invoice and the charged that were to be dropped never went away. And of course the guy at the front desk said “I can’t do anything only the manger. You can call back and speak with them.” I said fine and I needed to catch my flight.

Anyways- 1 later after we checked out- I still see the charges that were to be dropped. I was supposed to get a refund on those two charges and according to their invoice I received, I was issued a refund. I did see it on my credit card account. But 3 days later that refund was never processed and it was cancelled and I was never issued the refunds that shouldn’t have even been charged to begin with. I called and spoke to the one of the managers and he said it would be refunded. But it was not true.

Then I messaged the hotel and they stated I would get the refund 3-5 business days. It’s been longer than that and I NEVER received the refunds I was supposed to get.

I’ve tried calling them again and their phone rings and rings and no one answers then the call drops. This whole ordeal is the reason why I’m giving this hotel and stay a low score.

1. I asked questions and I didn’t feel heard. 2. No one is answering the front desk phone either. Oh and the lady checking us in was extremely weird and made me feel uncomfortable. I like the rooms but idk if I would stay here again. There was also some construction but we were never told why. Seems to me like there was a leak and they had big fans running all day and night.

not one thing I liked; NONE

Cons:

From the TV not working and the Manager claiming it's a user error (not taking responsibility for his own hotel), to the stains on the coffee cups and counter, to the mess around the property, to the attitude of some of the staff, to the lobby bathroom atrocities, you name it... it was BAD.
