Location near dataran merdeka and benteng.Room is big enough for couple relaxing.High water pressure in bath room.

We had stinky rooms and it is unfair that this Property is in your website- it should be BANNED for lying and misleading customers immediately

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Es war sehr dreckig. Der Fußboden im Treppenhaus war sehr schmutzig, das Bad nicht gründlich geputzt und die Bettlaken hatten einige Flecken. Es gab kein Waschbecken im Badezimmer.

We appreciated the late night check-in, but in hindsight, it would’ve been better if no one let us in.

Cons:

This is possibly the dirtiest place we’ve ever stayed (been backpacking Asia for 9 months). There’s a build up of dirt on the floors and stairs. No hot water, no toilet paper, people smoking inside constantly. We thought it was a good location, but it turned out to be a really shady part of town.

They also double charged me (we paid cash on arrival and they debited my card). They won’t respond or refund me. Better to just avoid them all together.

C est sale.la salle de bain puait le pipi.et l odeur allait dans toute la chambre.ça n avait même pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée.nous avons insisté pour qu au moins la salle de bain soit nettoyée pour qu on ose au moins rapidement entrer dedans.les murs,les draps etaients sales.je pense que ce n est jamais nettoyé

Pros:

We went at this hotel 2 times during our holidays. This first time, We had a room in the 3rd floor, and I didn't get the bad reviews: the room was really nice, clean, with a lovely bathroom, hot shower. The first time, everything was really nice (except some people doing a noisy mess late at night) so We booked a 2nd time there when we'll be back

Cons:

The second time was really different. We had a room in the 1st floor and I understood the bad reviews... Really strong smell of humidity, moisture all over the walls, floor was constantly wet... The view from the windows was garbage. Hot water didn't work properly in the shower. It wasn't unbearable for 1 night but... Really disappointing
However, WIFI works well, there's water dispenser and girl in the reception is lovely

Nothing, the hotel is nice only on photo

Cons:

We booking 3 person room but they geve us smoll room with 1 bed.
We paid for breakfest but Man on recepcion told us no breakfast. In the end he have us cold rice.
Recepcion Man was rude .
It is no clean. In the boothroon It is nothing working.
It is not good idea to sleep here.

I currently have a very sore leg so stairs were not an option. The staff quickly accommodated me to a lower floor room in a quiet area. Thank you and I prefer that room in the future. I will return.

Cons:

We had to pay a deposit in cash when we arrived as the reception person said it was in case we broke something. We had to get the reception person to help us as we and neither could he unlock the door so we ended up in another room. The Wifi only works in the lobby. The bed was very old.
