Ryan is a professional server and genuine human. The bartending and service is that of a 5 star restaurant, one in which Gordon Ramsey would come and take notes. Next time a friend asks you what was your favorite part of the trip!? Don’t be surprised when you reflect and find your self saying the services recieved at the bar. One which contributed to much needed rest and relaxation. If you do not want attentiveness or premiere service go elsewhere.

I had an exceptional experience at the Delta Hotel in Jacksonville. Ryan the bartender was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always attentive. Not only that, but the entire hotel staff—from the front desk to the manager—was outstanding.

The bar tender is amazing. Very pleasant to be with. I traveled for years and he is one of the best ones I've ever experienced.

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar was a nice surprise. Great bartender who made us feel at home and made a killer old fashion.

Ryan (bartender) went above and beyond my expectations as a Marriott Titanium Elite member of 25 years and was a consummate professional.

The restaurant down stairs. The guy running it was really nice and food was good.

We stayed for one night. Room was clean and beds are comfy. We had dinner at the Delta Grill in the hotel. Our waiter was Ryan. Ryan was a great waiter. He was friendly and attentive. My husband got the steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. I got taste of havana and really enjoyed the pork with chimichurri sauce. My kids got the spaghetti and meatballs. They both said it was good and finished the meatballs. Kids got a slice of delicious chocolate cake to share. It even came with caramel, vanilla, and raspberry sauces that you could pour on. A chocolate sauce was already on the cake. I got a cup of coffee and my husband got an espresso. Waiter even gave a piece of lemon peel with the espresso. I would definitely stay here again.

Ryan rules - great service and even better conversation on a sleepy Tuesday night made my stay at this hotel. Will definitely return when I can!

I’d like to start with the positive part of our stay. The hotel was conveniently located and the lobby, elevators, hallways and rooms were clean and comfortable.

On the first part of our stay we were so hungry and went to the lobby’s restaurant for some food. It just so happened that there was a convention taking place while we were there but, we didn’t mind. The BEST part was the food and the service. We had buffalo wings and loaded fries and my daughter had a grilled cheese. All of it was outstanding and our server Ryan was so kind and despite the the crowds and how busy he was, he was so incredible attentive. Thank you, Ryan for being AMAZING!

The only downside I’d say was our bathroom. It almost didn’t seem like the bathroom had been properly cleaned. The toilet hadn’t been flushed, the shower curtain needed to be changed and the sink looked like it needed a good scrubbing. The shower gel was pretty much empty and there was a tiny dead roach.

All-in-all it was a good experience, every single person we encountered was helpful and smiling. The bathroom situation was the only thing that I would have to say was a downside.

Everything was great. I’ve eaten at the restaurant downstairs every night. I’ve been here and the same bartender Ryan great experience great service very friendly. Wouldsit there and have a conversation with you when he had downtime and it was just all around. Great experience.
