Do not trust this property with your stay or money.

This property failed to honor my confirmed reservation twice within a two-week period. The most recent time, I arrived at 4:00 AM with my family and was left without a room despite having a valid booking.

Instead of fixing their mistake, I was asked to accept changes (book two king rooms, double the price) that didn’t match my reservation (one room with two queens) and there was even an attempt to charge over $400 on my card without my authorization to correct their error.

I was promised a follow-up by a specific date, but after more than a month of repeated outreach, I was told the situation had been “addressed appropriately,” with no real acknowledgment of the issue.

A refund was issued, but that doesn’t make up for being stranded in the middle of the night. Even if you do your due diligence and call beforehand to let them know your booking is pre-arrival? They are careless with their inventory and will tell you your only option is to pay double your reservation.

Great, comfy hotel. But I’m writing this review as a shout out to Ryan. I’m from Florida and he offered to make me a “daiquiri”. I’m here on business and not interested in a fake fruit tasting frozen snow-cone concoction. NO! He made a 3 ingredient high end daiquiri that was out of this world.

Beautiful Hotel! Rooms were great and beds were so comfy. But the real treat was Ryan, the bartender serving happy hour.

Experience was great. I stayed for a week . I ate at the restaurant down stairs for a week straight. Ryan was the employee of the year in my opinion. He was the man! Even at busy times I never had to wait, food and drinks just absolutely on point too! Kona beer was on tap and half off happy hour 4-6. I drank a couple mixed drinks too, and I have to say , Ryan made the best Bloody Marys and White Russian drinks i have had in years. Very genuine person and now a friend !

Clean room bar and grill and pool was open

Ryan was an absolute delight. The food was quite surprisingly phenomenal. Would definitely stay again just to have the enjoyable food and amazing company.

Great Hotel. Awesome bar. Ryan is a wonderful bartender. He remembers every person. Marriott is lucky to have him! I can stay anywhere when I visit Jax ( every 2 months or so) but I try to stay here. Everyone is kind and nice. It’s a good clean hotel.
Ryan the bartender is a huge reason why we visit Delta over and over.

Staff at check-in were friendly and informed. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bartender, Ryan, made a wonderful Old Fashioned for my nightcap!

Ryan is the best server. He is attentive and is an excellent conversationalist. I sat at the bar and he made sure I had everything I needed!
