Delta Hotels by Marriott Jacksonville Deerwood

Ryan was our bartender/server. Martini wonderful, food wonderful, service wonderful! He was a one man miracle worker! We won’t make the mistake of staying at a neighboring hotel again.

I was there for a minister conference Stayed at your sister hotel Sonesta Suites around the corner but friends whom Stayed here at the Delta Hotels. I would come around and eat dinner with them our hostess/waitress Ryan, was so gracious and hospitalable to us and it was late the three night we were there leaving the conference getting a late dinner but Ryan character and customer service was as tho he had just started his shift and was happy about. Just would like to hear about someone noticing Ryan as a great asset to the Delta Hotels. Thank you will think of booking again with you guys when coming to Jacksonville FL, because besides being in a uplifting minister conference Ryan is truly apart of my return to this nice state. Thank you Ryan for your exceeded kindness.

I’ve stayed at the Delta Hotels Jacksonville Deerwood multiple times, and it has consistently delivered the dependable, comfortable experience I expect from Delta properties. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and easy to navigate, and the overall atmosphere is professional and relaxed.

I especially want to recognize Ryan at the bar. He is prompt, polite, and keeps a very clean workspace. He makes a great Old Fashioned, and the food has always been good. I usually stick with the wings, and they are exactly what I’m looking for after a long day. Ryan does a nice job remembering guests’ names and usual orders, which adds a personal touch without feeling forced.

It’s always good to see someone who clearly takes pride in providing solid service and it makes the time I have to spend away from my family feel more comfortable and familiar.

Ryan at the bar/restaurant was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was nice, comfortable and all staff friendly.

Great room. The old fashioneds at the bar the Ryan made me got through the week. I've stayed here 100 nights in the last year and I can say that the room is great but the bar is spectacular. Ryan will take care of you.

Great room, good check-in experience! Ryan at the bar was fabulous!!!! Energetic, knowledgeable, comedic, an all-around great bartender who did not miss a beat even under pressure! For Ryan alone I would be back at the Delta Deerwood.
