Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel

The concierge lounge hostess in the mornings, Riziki was excellent! The afternoon host, Bob was also wonderful. They both were very friendly, welcoming & helpful during our stay. Definitely a highlight of the week.

The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood for nice walks and a variety of restaurant options. Hotel restaurant has a delicious menu as well.

Juan Carlos was a great server. He stayed present, had fun conversation, and made the experience memorable. He also had a welcoming smile and loved my love for hot sauce.

Ruziki and Jean at the breakfast restaurant were absolutely amazing !!! Very attentive , the food was amazing , they were wonderful with my children! Truly a pleasurable experience.

Location. Friendly staff.

Rooms were clean and quiet between them. The lounge had a small breakfast but it worked just fine for me. Riziki took care of everything in morning.

After a long day of air travel, I arrived at the Marriott and the staff made me feel like family, Erika, Raeqwan, and Fran went above and beyond to provide a superior guest experience. This beautiful hotel is under renovation which will make it even more beautiful but the staff really made up any difference in their levels of service. Many thanks!

We we coming to this area of Charlotte for a funeral. When I called I spoke to Griffin and he told me that part of the hotel was being renovated to include the restaurant and bar.
Being that we were only coming for one night we decided to stay anyway. Griffin was there when we checked in and was very helpful and gave us a little perk for our visit. The rest of the staff at the desk and the M Club Lounge were all wonderful. We will be back.

I travel quite a bit for work. Checking into a hotel and usually not memorable. Today was different. I was greeted by Griffin upon entering and he not only made me feel welcome but appreciated! His big smile what’s so warm. I thought for a minute maybe he was just being kind to me. Until later that night, I noticed when leaving to go for dinner that that was his personality with all the people he was checking in. That kind of service definitely makes me want to return and I can’t wait to stay in Charlotte again thanks to Griffin!

Great location and friendly staff. Riziki was wonderful in the club lounge. The only downside to a 5-star is that they don't offer hot food on the weekends at the club lounge.
