Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel

Raekwon Snyder like Zack Snyder is an amazing individual who put me on the best food. And encourage me to live a little cause my job paying for it appreciate you brother. He the manyh pay him more please!! I want him here when I return.

I had a friend in Charlotte very ill, and decided to stay at the Renaissance at the last minute. Everyone was very helpful, and would love to come back to stay for fun.

The place is transformed. I like the natural light coming into restaurant. Bright and nice. Service was great by Ravi n Juan. All the staffs were helpful and friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the property for 2 weeks. To our surprise, the hotel had quite a bit of construction going on in the common areas so the amenities available for guests were somewhat limited. We were disappointed and asked to be assisted with switching our stay to another Marriott and we were working with hotel staff to make a transfer to another Marriott property. During this transfer process we met a member of the hotel staff named Trinity. We are writing to complement and let hotel management be aware of the terrific “people skills” exhibited by Trinity. As a result of her caring approach and upbeat attitude regarding helping us work through our issues, we decider to stay the full 2 weeks at the property under construction and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you, Trinity.

I had a nice stay during a family visit. The furniture and the decorations in the hotel are funky - there was a lips shaped couch off of the elevator on one floor. Open area in the middle of the hotel where there is a bar, tables and chairs, a living room with a big TV we watched NHL playoff games on, and an outdoor courtyard.

Raekwon was working the reception desk one day and gave my some great ideas on what to see and do in Charlotte.

I recently enjoyed a mini staycation for my birthday weekend, and OMG, I was met with some of the best hospitality I could imagine. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The entire team was extremely professional, accommodating, and greeted me with warm smiles and friendly conversation that made me feel right at home.
I would like to give a special shoutout to several staff members who helped make my birthday extra special: Paige, Lillian, Tuyishime, Raekwon, Erica, Luna, Griffin, James, and Jezlin. Each of them played a part in making my stay memorable, and their kindness did not go unnoticed.
Thank you all for such outstanding hospitality. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. If you're looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent accommodations and exceptional customer service, this is definitely the place for you. I highly recommend it!

I went to the lobby to grab a bite to eat and both servers were absolutely amazing. Very kind and attentive.

The newly renovated lobby, atrium, bar, restaurant and club area are such welcome refreshes! Light, bright, airy and modern.., only adds to the superior service, led by Griffin at the front desk. So glad to be back!

Staff friendliness and customer service is top notch!

Hotel is beautiful and its location to restaurants and shopping is all walkable. Shower/tub combo is refreshing. Rooms are quiet

We traveled to the area for a concert and chose this hotel due to the location and M Club availability. The staff was on point the entire visit, and the crews that checked us in and out provided excellent customer service. James, Griffin, Riziki, and Erica were all professional, helpful, and courteous!

I work for an airline and stopped into the lounge for breakfast while waiting for my room. Riziki and Syvie took good care of our crew while we waited. Amazing ladies!

Complete Perfection. Front staff was perfect. Room and housekeeping was perfect. Food and beverage was perfect (with special kuddos to Juan who always makes our trips there special and our new friends Adam and Riziki). This has to be the best experience in the South Park area.
