We located, service is great. From Erica at the front desk, to the ladies that take of the breakfast lounge, Riziki and Sylvia.

We were excited to stay at the Renaissance hotel in South Park. The room was fine, but nothing special. The reason I rated this hotel as terrible is that the bed we slept in had no boxspring. We were essentially laying on a wooden plank, which was extremely uncomfortable and kept us up most of the night. We are usually not picky at all about the mattresses we stay on, but the fact that this hotel does not use a boxspring really made sleeping quite difficult. I can never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Izumi was awesome! Even with all the construction going on, she made everyone feel welcome and ensured the room was in excellent shape!

This hotel was super cute & very clean. The staff were AMAZING and always friendly. I will definitely stay here again. I absolutely loved my room.

It was a lovely hotel. All the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the women who checked us in, Riziki in the club lounge breakfast, and the gentleman in the club lounge in the evening

I was caught in the middle of a massive snowstorm during my work/ so the hotel offered me a beautiful except place to sleep the room was so beautiful, comfortable and so cleaned Front desk manager Paige went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable, and thank you Tushime for offering me a extra blankets. also they keeping the lobby sooo clean and cheerful. Highly-recommended, especially for the professionalism during a crisis! Again thank you and Shout-out to Paige you are awesome 🎊

Nice hotel. Good location by mall and restaurants. Bedroom is nice and clean. Undergoing renovations so parts of lobby area closed off. Front desk was friendly. Rizici in the lounge was pleasant and helpful.

Riziki did an excellent job! Very helpful with a great attitude!!!! The lounge was very clean and she kept it well stocked.

The staff here was great. Very nice, personable and professional. Rizk and Sylvie were great! I wish I could remember the lady who checked me in. She was amazing. I went back downstairs for my workout and asked her name but she had already left for the day. They told me her name and said she was a manager. Great staff! Just wish there were more options for breakfast.

The staff is always very helpful and quite pleasant. Riziki particularly goes above and beyond.

We stayed for two nights. The rooms were very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Everyone was very friendly, especially Riziki in the restaurant.
The location was perfect, right next door to our favorite restaurant!
Unfortunately the club lounge was under construction during visit. I wish we had known this at the time of our reservations. We would have chosen a different room.

I had a great stay at this location. The restaurant was tasty with excellent service by all including Riziki who greeted with a smile in the morning. I’m looking forward to my next stay here!

Riziki did an amazing job with our breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby! We were there for work and came in and took over one of the larger tables and our team kept rotating in and out. Riziki had a never ending table for maybe an hour. She got all of orders right and the food was amazing
