Super Unterkunft mit toller Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Besondere ist die Lage. Wenn man Richtung Odori Ave läuft, dann kann man über den Exit 9 (Bus Center Mae) unterirdisch bis zur Sapporo Station laufen. Dort findet man viele Geschäfte und auch viele Restaurants. Das fand ich sehr beeindruckend. Zudem befindet sich ca. 450 meter entfernt ein großer Supermarkt (MaxValu Kita 1 jo-higashi
マックスバリュ北1条東店), welchen wir zufällig gefunden haben. Dort gibt es fernünftige Preise. In der Unterkunft war alles da sogar Waschmittel etc. Alles super!

Cons:

Es wäre schon gewesen, wenn wir Tafelmesser gehabt hätten. Das ist aber anscheinend in Japan üblich. Ist also nicht wirklich eine Kritik. Ein Bett war etwas weich, da könnte mal die Matratze getauscht werden.

結論是很推薦住這！但自駕只有付費停車場，很近對面就有，這裡也可以搭jr ，只要走3分鐘，下午4點停到隔天早上10要日幣2000，但自駕才沒有寄放行李的問題，行李寄放一件1000日幣
Pros:

入住前先填入住人的資料，再加上房東傳的密碼訊息，操作入住的系統非常簡單快速
屋內有2房、1廳、1廚房、1浴室、1廁所
洗衣機很方便，也有附柔軟精和洗衣精（好像是自動加不用另外手動倒進去）有1個簡易晾衣架，因為室外溫度0-6度左右，我們都用暖風機吹，隔天會乾
廚房有簡易平底鍋、湯勺、刀砧板、快煮鍋、4人份碗盤筷子湯匙
第一天操作洗衣機遇到問題，私訊房東很快得到回應並解決，原來是連接洗衣機的水龍頭沒開

廚房無調味料（如胡椒、鹽巴都沒有）
A房間內無冷暖機，要靠客廳的冷暖氣機，雖然暖風機可以直吹a房間內（b房有獨立冷暖機），如果a房門全關會稍冷，躲進被子才暖

Pros:

とっても清潔で、ベットが2つ部屋が別なので干渉しなくて良かった。キッチン設備も充実しており良かった

Cons:

札幌駅からのアクセスは決して良いわけではないのでもっと近くにあればなーと思いました

neat and tidy flat, excellent experience, highly recommended
Pros:

very neat, nice and clean flat in modern apartment building situated in walking distance from almost all major attractions with all necessary amenities at our immediate disposal, very responsive staff; one of the best accommodations we had on our whole trip to Japan

Cons:

hot water was turned off on arrival but was quickly rectified by staff, could have used more hanging space in bedrooms (perhaps on the inside of bedroom door), ample public parking right across the road but rather expensive

Best place to stay in Sapporo!
Pros:

The unit is very comfortable, very near with subway station (just 2 minutes walk), near Sapporo Factory and also convenience stores. It's also very clean, complete facilities and cozy. Really enjoy staying here & will stay here again when we visit Sapporo again.

Cons:

The check-in administration is a quite long process. Please consider to make it more simple.

Zentrale Lage, gross genug für 4 Personen, alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Cons:

Eine Information, wo man am besten und/oder günstigsten Parken kann, wäre sehr hilfreich. Aber das wäre nur noch das i-tüpfelchen 😉

It was a very nice and pleasant stay. Admis was very understanding
Pros:

Good location. Very near to a train station. The place was clean and have all necessary items needed. Even laundry detergent was provided which is a plus . quick response from the admin and very understanding.

Cons:

it was very snowy and icy when we arrived. it could have been better if the ice and snow was removed at the entrance. As it was hard if carrying big luggage. The door in one of the rooms needs to be open at night to be able to have the heat from the heater to come in

民宿地理位置鬧中取靜，民宿附近有巴士前站地下鐵9號出口，可以方便搭地鐵到札幌市各景點，附近也有超商，藥局，二條市場，北海道頓宮，狸小路，大通公園。房間內也乾淨，每天有員工來房間門口收垃圾（不會進到房間內），住起來很溫馨，有回家的感覺。😊

Just to perfect!
Pros:

My family and I love everything about this homestay. The stay was excellent !! 5 star !! Location 5 mins walk to Bus Center Mae station. The unit was very clean, cozy and pleasant. Bed are comfy. The toilet hot water and pressure just perfect A quiet area, with walking distance to Odori area. Easy manual check in/out at lobby. Highly recommend to all my friends. If I ever travel back to Sapporo this would be the place to stay again..

Cons:

There is nothing to complaint about this stay!!!

Pros:

地點佳！環境優！備品齊全（有提供洗衣精！！）小超市走路約6分左右可以到！有機會會再續住！！

沒地暖~但是有提供拖鞋！床有點袖珍（兩個人睡太剛好）
