The first room we were in the bathroom was flooded.
The next room we were in as for the hotel itself looked old and bit run down.

Nothing it stank the elevator didn’t work and I was in 426 Iam a member and this is the worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed in
The hall way stank the carpet in room was just filthy
Outdoor space was nice and location
Outside trash overflowing. Dog waste can over flowing. Ashtrays out side overflowing
Room on first floor smelled of dog urine. Staff was very polite and quickly put us in another room on 4th floor which was nice.property needs some updating. 2 of the floor ice machines where broken.
Very good stay.
Mildew in the bathroom. Walls in room damaged. Room smelled like urine. Breakfast limited; no yogurt or fresh fruit. Only positive was the in room frig; it was large with a freezer compartment that worked really well. Pet walking area was limited.
Room needed painted. Carpets were well worn. Bathroom needed deep cleaning

The staff were helpful & friendly! Everything was clean and room was great! Amazingly comfy bed! The hotel's furniture is a bit dated but I will definitely be back! Maybe 10 min drive to Lenovo Center which is where our concert was. It was just my daughter & I so feeling safe was an important factor! Breakfast was okay. Good apple juice, muffins and waffles. We would definitely recommend staying! Didn't even notice if they had a pool! Overall a great trip, amazing concert and great stay in a clean safe room! Parking was easy but the parking lot was full when we got back from concert so they could use a bigger parking lot.

The condition of this hotel was much less than I expected from a Hampton Inn. The carpet was very worn, needs cosmetic upgrades. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Great
It’s an older property but the staff is amazing!! Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help. They have water and coffee all day. The breakfast was delicious. It’s in walking distance from the hospital.
Rooms was roomy nice and clean
The entire place was nice, the staff from the AGM Kionna, to the front desk lead Zorra and also Debra and the breakfast staff just out right phenomenal and went above and beyond customer service
