Breakfast tomorrow was too short as it closed at 9 am on Sunday, and not enough seats in dinning area. A ot of customers had to take breakfast back to eat in their rooms, that’s was chaotic when customers tried to crab food back to their own rooms to eat and there was not enough seats , the breakfast closed at 9 am that was too early for guests who finished fireworks at 10 pm and spent good time at July 4 evening, Manager of the hotel was not considering customers needs and social factors in that situation to please customers, I may not go back there

Pros:

Iris the manager is unapologetic and rude. One of her employees gave us incorrect information about their pet policy and we booked our stay based on the incorrect information. As a result we were hundreds of dollars over what we expected, and Iris refused to correct the billing based on the information that her employee gave us.

I don’t think I will be staying there again.
Pros:

Location, because it was close to my work

Cons:

The room was stuffy and the pillows smelled old sweat.
None of the usb ports worked and I had to charge my phone and other devices in my car.
