Pros:

The location and room was great and comfortable. I enjoyed how it was near a lot of the places I wanted to go.

Cons:

The walls were thin and I could hear our Friday neighbors talking loudly up and our Saturday neighbors throwing up, which woke us up for each night. It seemed like we were in a room where there was a door attached to the other room.

Breakfast was delicious
Pros:

Everything was great only reason I gave a 9 is because there was no towels at the pool and the front desk only had one worker in front and was too busy to ask for towels. It was about 845pm and he had about 5 people in line

Parking fee in a location not in the main city, outside of downtown suburbs just does not justify.
Pros:

The sausage looked terrible. We all know it’s not free just included in nightly rate, serve something simple but decent.

Cons:

The parking fee of $25 per night is ridiculous. Not justified. The front desk kept insisting the $25 parking fee is on their website, just check their website, don’t see it, well hidden. Very sneaky, nothing disclosed about parking, my email said $191 total price, nothing hidden???

Great night, but parking was a ripoff.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome. Location was great. Bathroom was wonderful

Cons:

Parking was 25 bucks for not covered and not secured parking. Giant parking lot... first time I've ever been charged for parking at a hampton.

Will use and recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was always clean and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and had good staff that kept is stocked and clean.

Cons:

The bed was really hard and the pillows were to soft.

Pros:

Very clean, Quiet, and easy to access. Breakfast was decent. Coffee , teas, lemon water or regular ice water available 24 hours. Only complaint was rooms were not ready at check in time. Had to wait an hour 1/2 for 2 of 4 rooms we booked to be ready.

We will come back here whenever we visit San Diego.
Pros:

The updated rooms are great, truly beautiful and comfortable. But the best thing was the staff. Heidi and her colleagues were wonderful--warm, welcoming, efficient, helpful, kind, even funny.
