We will come back here whenever we visit San Diego.
Pros:

The updated rooms are great, truly beautiful and comfortable. But the best thing was the staff. Heidi and her colleagues were wonderful--warm, welcoming, efficient, helpful, kind, even funny.

Great stay, hope it's always like this!
Pros:

I really enjoyed how clean everything looked and no "old hotel smell". Oddly enough, I usually dislike hotels because of how loud and thin-walled they are. This hotel was so relaxing and quiet even though it was full of people. Maybe all of the people were just being respectful, which is a nice sight. My new favorite hotel in the San Diego area.

Cons:

I can't think of a single negative thing during my stay. Great vibes in this hotel.

As I expected except check in
Pros:

Very comfortable

Cons:

Was supposed to be digital key. Had to go to front desk, show him my ID, show him my credit card. Very inconvenient and not what I was told would be. Also night manager Peter was not friendly and did not smile or say thank you

Pros:

It is the third time we stayed at this hotel, and we always had a good experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and always prompt to help.

Cons:

The only thing we don't like is that they started charging for parking, which wasn't an issue last year. We also hope they could extend breakfast hours, at least on weekends, until 10 am.

I’ll definitely come stay again!
Pros:

The outside presentation was nice. Loved how cozy the lobby was with all the couches. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Cons:

You guys need more than just one handicap spot directly in front of the door. Having only one there and only two on the side is rather inconvenient.

The bed & bathroom were great.....The pool was wonderful, as was the staff!!

Cons:

There was no dresser in the room! We had to keep most of our clothes in our suitcase. Also there was a strong perfume/deoderizer smell in the lobby. I was charged an extra $18/ night for parking without any warning.
