Good, clean hotel that is very to the airport. Great choice for air travelers.
Roaches in original room. Broken ac in second room. Slept three hours total. Very dissatisfied. Stayed in 20-30 BW brand hotels including this location over the last 5 years through BW app and hotels.com and never complained about anything before or requested a room change but this was unacceptable.
Been over a week now since I stayed and management STILL hasn’t reached out to me. They will ghost you if they can!!!
Our stay was disappointing due to several maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort issues.
When we arrived, multiple TV channels were not working. We called maintenance, but after waiting quite a while and being told there was a shift change, we eventually canceled the request because it was late and we wanted to go to bed. We found one working channel and settled for watching that.
The next morning, we discovered that the bathroom sink would not drain. We had to call maintenance again and wait approximately 20–30 minutes before we could properly use it.
The bathroom also did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. There was visible hair around the sink and throughout the shower, which was unpleasant and made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. In addition, the shower drain and faucet were visibly covered in rust and looked poorly maintained.
The toilet was unusually small and uncomfortable for an adult. Without being overly graphic, the bowl was so shallow and compact that using it was genuinely unpleasant and resulted in a very unwelcome surprise during the night.
There were also a large number of mosquitoes and other bugs in the area. We understand this is not necessarily the hotel’s fault, especially during this time of year in Fresno, but we were bitten numerous times during our stay.
The maintenance employee did address the sink once they arrived, but overall, the room did not feel properly inspected, cleaned, or prepared before check-in. Between the television problems, clogged sink, hair in the bathroom, rusted fixtures, and uncomfortable toilet, the stay fell well below our expectations.
We would definitely stay here again. Was clean. Staff was very helpful! Location is right next to the Fresno Airport. Shuttle was very convenient. It was a very good experience.
Breakfast was good, and hotel had fresh clean areas and rooms.
Noisy could hear people talking in their rooms from the hallway. Questionable people walking through parking lot, and people driving up and visiting with the shuttle driver after midnight.
The staff greeted us with a smile, and the room was very clean.

Ice machine on our floor was broken and there was no hot water due to maintenance from 11pm -5 am after a long flying day all i wanted was a nice hot shower before bed. IF I had known this I definitely would have picked a different hotel for the night.
