Location and staff are amazing

Cons:

Ice machine on our floor was broken and there was no hot water due to maintenance from 11pm -5 am after a long flying day all i wanted was a nice hot shower before bed. IF I had known this I definitely would have picked a different hotel for the night.

Don't stay here. They will steal your stuff
Pros:

Had an Amazon package delivered and verified the delivery and when I was to check in. The package was opened and items were missing. Filed a complaint with the front desk and not one person reached out to address my concerns.

Location close to airport

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated. Bed too soft for my liking. Writing desk was broken. TV didn't work, I had to change room. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

Staff were very friendly and it's in a good location.

Cons:

Our air conditioner had a nasty sour smell that filled the room while it was on. Our shower wasn't fully cleaned when we showed up. There were hairs, a bar of soap, and a bunch of black residue was left on one of the shelves. The water pressure in the shower also kept going in and out, and the water never got as hot as I would have liked it to.

Excellent location, value for the cost, and the employees are stellar.
Pros:

As always, the employees at this hotel are helpful, professional, quick and efficient. From check-in, reserving an airport shuttle, to check-out, they make it all easy and pleasant. The morning breakfast is really nice, always well stocked and clean. The pantry by the front desk is a life-saver for forgotten toiletries, late night snacks, drinks, and even frozen entrees. I stay a couple of times each year while visiting family, and I have not been disappointed yet. The hotel's proximity to the airport is perfect.
