Pros:

Staff were amazing and very friendly. The elevator was out of service while I was there, but the staff made sure it was up and running again.

Cons:

The toilets in the rooms are for toddlers. Get human size toilets. The wifi was horrible. You had to keep logging in, even the cable on the TV kept going out or was spinning to reconnect.
