Extremely bad
Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The bathroom made extremely loud noises throughout the night, which made it impossible to sleep. The front desk staff were unhelpful and had a poor attitude. The room was old, not properly cleaned, and had an unpleasant smell. They even forgot to provide basic items like body wash.
The staff told me that a manager would contact me on Monday, but no one ever reached out. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything! This is the hotel I stay at Everytime I travel to Fresno and everything about it is why I keep choosing to come back! The price, the staff, the breakfast, the bed! And this time I had to use the shuttle to get to the airport and it was a seamless process!

Stay away.
Pros:

Close to airport. Rooms are dilapidated. Changed three rooms in 11 nights stay. Ants everywhere in the first room even in the bathroom, the air conditioning system not working, the shower worn and difficult to adjust.
The air conditioning system of the second room wasnot working too. Lit of water coming out from the shower and faucet and the drain can't cope with eventually water built up to our ankles. The third one was marginal acceptable. Fortunately stayed in this one to our checked out.
Breakfast was included but not much hot foods. Want to know when was the last time the self serve machine was cleaned. Funny taste hot water.
Frontline staff work incredibly hard. I talked to them can felt they are frustrated. I suspected if the owner replaced the management team can turn around the prospect of the hotel.
Stay in this hotel again ? NO WAY.
Definitely wont stay in this hotel again.
