We had no hot water in the shower. I reported it 3 different times each time they said the maintenance would b up to fix as soon as they got in but they never came to the room for 2 days we had to take a cold shower. The front desk just blew me off. I am writing to corporate to get my money back and will never stay at a Hampton again

My card didn’t work and neither did my girlfriends at the front desk. 3 cards. The room was not fully cleaned, the carpets seemed dirty. There was an earring in the shower that wasn’t mine or hers.

For the amount of money I paid, I expected more!
Cons:

We went to a room that wasn't clean. Was given another room. Our room did not receive any service from cleaning staff during stay. We had food trash for 3 days. Receptionist says oh we should have put it in the hallway.

Genel olarak otel temiz ve düzenliydi, personel ilgiliydi. Ancak odadaki klima oldukça sesli çalışıyordu ve bu durum gece konforunu ciddi şekilde etkiledi.
Türkiye’de Hampton Inn otellerinde sık konaklayan biri olarak kıyaslama yapacak olursam, Türkiye’deki Hampton otellerin konfor seviyesi belirgin şekilde daha yüksek.
Ayrıca kahvaltı, bizim kültürümüze göre oldukça sınırlıydı ve beklentimi karşılamadı.
