Taksim Diamond Hotel

Ich war noch nie in meinem Leben in so ein verdrecktes Hotel. Ich habe Economy Zimmern für meine Familie reserviert und zu meinem Schrecken sahen die Zimmer wie in einem Knast aus. Ich habe dann auf ein größeres Zimmer "upgraden" müssen denn in der kleinen Zelle habe ich mich gestickt gefühlt. Der Typ an der Rezeption hat 100 Euro dafür verlangt. So eine Unverschämtheit. Zudem gibt es dort Schimmel an jeder Ecke.
Die Betten waren so verdreckt man mag sich nicht aufs Bett setzen. Ich und meine Familie wurden von Milben dort gebissen. Das Frühstück ist so ekelhaft wie das Hotel selbst.
Ich kann das Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Tut euch das nicht an.

Værelset er så lille at adgang til wc er slet ikke muligt uden at flytte sengen. Wc alt for lille at du kan slet ikke sidde lige så du sidder skævt på potten og bruseren er lige op over wc. Du kan ikke påklæde dig eller afklæde dig derinde.

Çok iyi karşılandık iki saat erken gitmemize rağmen odaya aldılar açık büfe kahvaltı yeterli şekildeydi güzel düşünülmüş çok beğendik ailecek ilk gün bile kahvaltıya davet ettiler çok sevdik ortamı sıcak aile ortamı vardı asansör olması da çok iyiydi taksim ayağınızın dinindeydi gece hiç ses olmadı çok rahat uyuduk

Het was Ok, maar er wordt te veel gerookt waardoor ik er last van heb in mijn kamer. En te veel herrie s'nachts.

Initially, the hotel said they didn't have my booking, and told me I was in a wrong hotel, sent me elsewhere. I came back with my booking details, and insisted them to check again, as the address was correct and all was paid for. They then realised that they stuffed up my booking, gave my room to someone else with a similar first name, and gave me another room eventually. Staff smoked in the lobby. Breakfast was adequate but same everyday.

The rooms are very small, and the shower. Is very uncomfortable very tight tiny rooms, not even space to put your stuff.

The hotel have such a small bathrooms which is not convenient at all and they have only one room with balcony in the whole hotel however it doesn't really shpws like that when checking for information about the hotel. The breakfast sometimes was nearly finished even though it was a buffet breakfast, the staff seemed not to bothered about that. There was same kind of breakfast every day during my stay. The rooms are so small, only 2 people can fit into a room which is shown as a 3 people room so there isn't a clear description of rhe rooms. Be mindful of that. In one of my room, i couldn't even open or close the door of the toilet because of the extra single bed in such a small room. On the night you cannot even sleep because of the noises from outside. It's non smoking arear where they usually put the breakfast and everyone is smoking so therefore no safety of the food and non pf the staff is stopping people to smoke where the food is. The staff is highly unprofessional and they don't even have the idea of how customers should be treated. The shuttle itself is overcharged when i booked a Mercedes with the facilities on it for airport but i got a dirty and normal van so be mindful booking shuttle.

Great value for money place to stay and hotel room was quite good, breakfast was good and staff was pleasant all the time. Definitely will come again
