El dueño es un patan no debe tratar al cliente así

El agua caliente salía sucia no la pude utilizar, el pago era de 9400 y pague 10500 tengo mi factura , luego yo había reservado para salir 30 , pero en la noche yo salía , me acerco ah la recepción y todo bien iba a ah limpiar deje mi hija y mi tía Ahy, isieron k saquen las cosas Pork tenían k cobrarme medio día mas ,me fui ah ciudad el este no me esperaron me hecharon el dueño de ese hotel es un patan , si mi tarjeta queda Ahy por si Ahy daños Pork hacer un escándalo por 3 mil pesos oh ya sea un día completo nunca mas horrible mi experiencia Ahy .

Pros:

Reception staff were really friendly and helpful, younger last at breakfast not so much. Good location near the bus station and plenty of food options. Rooms a little cold but overall wasb an enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Room is filthy and annoyed with mosquitoes. No room service. Linens have not been changed. WiFi is always “interrupted”. Do expect you can communicate with staffs in English. I will never stay in this property again.
