The location near to eateries

Cons:

Cleanliness..I spotted a dead cockroach in the room and the bathroom is very smelly. Plus the shower is broken and never changed for years.

- Dapat dua katil single seperti yang diminta
- Hotel dekat dengan tempat conference (PICC)
- Restaurant banyak berdekatan hotel

Cons:

- Peti ais tidak berfungsi
- Tak ada kedai macam 7E, Orange, Mart etc yang berdekatan bawah hotel. Ada pun jauh nak jalan

Pros:

The hotel was nearby where i needed to be and there were many restaurants and eating places nearby. I had a problem with tv and the maintenance crew fixed it very well and quickly

Cons:

Though i was quite happy with the hotel when i was in there the week before, i was disappointed this time around as i found the cleanliness in the bathroom wanting. There was a lot of mildew on the walls and the taps etc needed to be cleaned properly. There perhaps needs to be better supervision of the cleaning or sanitation crew.

Standard boutique hotel, equipped with standard facilities, within expectation.

Cons:

It seems no one bother to clean/brush the toilet with stain and dirt on the wall, on the floor which clearly can be brushed off easily.
