Looked nice on your website
Wasn’t anything like the pictures - very outdated and many of the rooms and hallways smelt very heavily on drugs being consumed as in weed. Very strong smell of weed on all floors
The location was not easy to pick up on the navigation, but once found, the hotel was pleasant.
The room was nice, but the bed sheets were not clean.
Access to city centre no travel needed your there
The taxi rank underneath was very noisy
Felt it was old and dated with repairs to be made.
For the rate paid it should have been a better standard

Location was good
The room needed to be cleaned better
Room is big and comfy, everything you need.
so close to the shops!
Loud outside next to wetherspoons.
The beautiful clean rooms and bathroom
Everything was spot on
The position was great because I wanted to stay close to the city centre and Villare is close to everything plus a taxi company is attached to the hotel. The cathedral is visible from the hotel and just 5 minutes walking distance.
First of all, the reception is on the third floor and you can't see anyone there. We had to call him on the phone.
When he arrived, he asked me if I had already been there. When I said I had stayed with a friend, he looked at me and my daughter and updated our room saying ours was not ready.
When we entered the room, at first, it looked ok but when we looked at the window, we noticed there were spikes to keep away birds. They were full of hair you could have made a wig out of it.
The room was not clean and on one of the pillows there was hair. In the wall there were dried leaks and the bathroom was tatty. We decided to not use the shower. My first stay had been ok but we were on a different floor.
In the evening, we decided to have dinner at the next door pub. When we came back at about 9pm, we heard a woman screaming in the next room. We were so scared we locked inside our room and were almost calling the police when we realised that she was screaming for a different reason. Her door opened and closed and she laughed for a couple of minutes talking to someone probably on the phone. After about 15 mins she started to scream again and a male voice could be heard. The show went on till 3am-ish to restart at about 8am. We decided to leave our luggage at the reception and left. When we came back, nobody was at the reception. We left the key and a note saying we had left. When we went down by lift (probably the only way to go down till the ground floor), there was a lady with so many bags that it looked like she was moving there. She told us she had been there already and it had been great. She also told us we would have enjoyed our stay. She asked to tell her friend to come down and help her. From her appearance, we thought she was homeless or so. Her friend was in the same conditions. We realised why men looked at us weirdly when we came out of that place. Beware: Villare is not for respectable people
