Worst experience ever had. Would never go back.

Room looked nothing alike what it did online.
Dirty room. Piss in the toilet when checked in.
Covers on the bed was ripped.
Shower corners had mould in.

City centre location that’s why I picked it but did not realise it was above a bar and no sound proofing.

Cons:

Worst place I’ve stayed in. I requested a quiet room which they said was no problem. When we got into room it was noisy found there was big air conditioning chimney outside the window. I requested another room which they did and gave upgrade much larger room which was good. We had problem with the tv for some reason could not pick up any channels they did try to resolve this and swapped over the tv but a palaver putting in codes for 20 mins we were tired and fed up eventually he got I player to work. The towels also seen better days. Mould in the bathroom.

Very poor cleaning and old building . Room is entirely different from the advert photos. Mouldy bathroom / broken doors and furnitures, not enough supply of soaps / toilet papers. Very disappointing

Dirty room
Pros:

Good central location

Cons:

Dirty, strong smoke smell, rude noisy neighbours, no reception staff available to check in. Room had not been cleaned as there was hairs in the bed and rubbish in the bin and a used cup when checking in.
