The location.
The entire building reeked of smoke. The elevator was also very old; I was afraid I'd get stuck every time I used it. However, there's only one elevator and no stairs available (the reception isn't on the ground floor, but on the top floor).
The room itself wasn't completely clean and had some defects. This was definitely not a 4-star hotel; in my opinion, it was more like a 2-star hotel.

The hotel was a disgrace the rooms are nothing like the photos the rooms are tiny and filty really bad smell from bathroom hotel was so noisy my privacy on our balcony was atrocious ppl asking for cigarettes while I was sitting on my balcony did not feel safe felt more like an ipas center then a hotel left after 1 night didn't even look for refund or complain just lest the key at a make shift reception would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy wouldn't stay again if I was paid to
