Good value for money, perfect location, nice staff but needs to be properly maintained and fixed
Pros:

The property’s location is fantastic. It is close to restaurants, the high street with all the shops, a massive shopping mall, supermarket and all tourist attractions. The bus station and train station are also minutes away.
The reception and house keeping were also very nice, friendly and helpful.
The room was comfortable enough but there is a lot which needs to be done to make it better.

Cons:

The hotel needs some serious maintenance work. There were issues with the lift which sometimes didn’t work, the safe in the room did not work, neither did the fridge or the air-conditioning. The walls are very thin and we could hear the other guests listening to music or watching tv.

Wouldn't call this a hotel
Pros:

Very central location

Cons:

Would not rate it as a hotel. Very shabby. Walls paper thin. Rooms a bit smelly and seems to be smell coming from sink in bathroom. Very noisy at night so if you're not out on the town and expecting to sleep forget it.

Avoid. Wipe your feet on the way out, absolutely disgusting
Pros:

Our room was spacious but filthy. The bathroom was clean as had just been refurbished however the water was very low pressure and lukewarm at all times.

The floors, bedside tables, coffee facilities were filthy.

Cons:

Very old building, photos used for booking purpose are not a true reflection of what you get, I think the photos used are very old photos. From the second we walked through the door of the hotel, I knew it was going to be dirty but being Good Friday and so late in the afternoon, it was hard to find other accommodation

Worst Experience ever. Left after the first 2hours.
Cons:

Worst Experience ever. Everything was disgustingly dirty. Staff tried to resolve the issue by giving us new even dirtier rooms.

Would not recommend even for a night. Pay an extra £20 and stay somewhere else
Pros:

Location and the very short interaction with the staff was fine

Cons:

Towels were dirty, hotel smelled of stale cigarettes. Mould in the bathroom and the shower was scolding hot.
