Disappointed
Pros:

The location is great.
The staff was friendly

Cons:

It wasn't clean. The "white" towels had several stains and some even holes. The room was dusty.
We could not CLOSE the window!!!

I think it's time for them to renovate the place and take cleanliness more seriously.

The wifi doesn't work in the first room, where some rooms are. But it does on the ground floor

Pros:

Op korte loopafstand van Firenze MSN. Vlakbij centrum ook. Privacy van een tweepersoons kamer.

Cons:

Internet was slecht en onbruikbaar. Zeker als de router achter een metalen kast staat bereikt het signaal niet de kamers achterin de gang.

L'emplacement de l'hostel est proche du centre. Très pratique

Cons:

Nous comprenons que ce soit une auberge mais les rires et claquements de portes pourraient être évités en plein milieu de la nuit si les gens respectaient les lieux.

Lo mejor de todo, fue la asistencia de Joan, quien nos recibió y nos explicó excelente todo. El lugar está súper bien en relación precio calidad, todo 10p menos los colchones no están en excelente estado, pero Joan hizo que eso no se notara.

El chico del check in disponible y rápido

Todo. El hostal da pena. 20€/noche por cada persona en un hostal llevado sin ningun tipo de cariño. No nos esperábamos servicios lujosos ni unas instalaciones perfectas, pero es que esto es puro negocio sin inversión. Camas con colchones hundidos, habitación sucia, suelo lleno de pelos y pegajoso, baños sórdidos, duchas con pelos y grifo de la ducha colgando, pegado con cinta adhesiva. El sofa del área común que da para atrás de lo sucio que está, cocina ultra precaria y luz blanca de hospital. Para salir de un apuro lo cogimos, pero vaya, que no merece ni pasar media ahora en ese sótano. Además el precio es desmesurado.
