Very random rooms with expected city noise and beds that felt a little unstable.

A porta do quarto não fechava direito, só se trancássemos.
Tínhamos ar condicionado, mas não funcionava então tínhamos 3 ventoinhas e estava muito quente o quarto
A pintura do quarto era assustadora, a tinta acabou e não pintaram mais, só ficou a meio da pintura, a decoração é bastante má, mas isso é pormenor! No geral gostei, tirando isto

We were given ROOM 13 On our second night of 3 we discovered one of the two mattresses in the room had BED BUGS. We found several in and around the bed. (Disgusting)
We mentioned this to the staff and were offered what we understood was a credit on the room for the third night. We were told they were all booked up so couldn’t change our room. We were later offered, and accepted (due to lack of reasonable options) another room (1) with no aircon and right beside the footpath so not the best nights sleep.
On check out we asked for a credit of some sort for having had a disgusting experience, my daughter having been bitten by a bed bug, and having to wash our gear. They were not interested.
We also pointed out to them they had let the room to some poor unsuspecting customers that same night without replacing the mattress.
We now also see that a previous person recently had THE SAME BUG BUG PROBLEM IN ROOM 13!

À fuir, il y avait des PUNAISES DE LIT !

Nous avons été piqués au moins 20 fois. Mon partenaire a fait une réaction allergique, ce qui nous a complètement gâché notre voyage à Florence.

Nous avons découvert les punaises vers 3 heures du matin. Nous avons appelé le personnel au numéro d’urgence, mais personne n’a répondu. Nous avons donc dû attendre à la gare jusqu’au matin pour pouvoir leur en parler.

Bien qu’ils nous aient remboursés, leur comportement était comme si ce n’était pas leur faute, comme si tout allait bien et que la situation était normale !

Nous n’avions pas lu les commentaires avant de faire notre réservation. Apparemment, plusieurs personnes avaient déjà rencontré le même problème. Ce qui m’étonne encore plus, c’est qu’ils n’aient toujours pas résolu le problème depuis.

Au final, je vous conseille fortement d’éviter cet endroit, afin de ne pas gâcher votre voyage et, surtout, de ne pas risquer de ramener des punaises de lit chez vous !
