Funcionários solícitos e atenciosos. Boa limpeza e organização.

Cons:

Havia um evento na área do hotel que o som me perturbou demais. Esse som.foi até às 3:00h da manhã.
Como eu pernoitei para continuar a viagem, não consegui descansar.
Mesmo solicitando ao recepcionista à 00:49 o som só parou às 3:00.
Acho incompatível esse tipo de evento em um hotel.

Do atendimento dos funcionários ,das camas e do café da manhã.

Cons:

Da piscina que estava com a água esverdeada parecendo suja , portanto , não usufluimos e quando abrimos a porta do quarto sentimos um cheiro forte de esgoto, precisamos deixar as janelas e portas abertas para sair o mau cheiro, porém o quarto estava limpo e é confortável, acomodou bem a minha família e durante a madrugada acordamos 02 vezes com barulhos .
